This was a HORRIBLE purchase!! I am a single mom but I splurged to buy my son quality headphones for school. On his FIRST DAY USING THEM, in class, they broke!!!! In his first class, the teacher said she couldn’t hear him so he reached up to move the microphone to his mouth and it snapped off! This was in front of the teacher and she verified that he did nothing wrong! At the end of his last class, he took them off and the ear piece broke off!! I witnessed this with my own eyes! He was not rough or hard on them in anyway! I tried to take them back to Best Buy and the guy was SO RUDE!!! He said: “I didn’t GIVE THEM TO YOU in that condition!!!” I said: “you didn’t GIVE ME anything!!!! I purchased these headphones with my hard earned money and I expect them to actually work for ONE USE without breaking!” I will NEVER purchase from this company, NOR will I EVER shop at Best Buy again!! You can remove me from all mailing lists. I want nothing to do with either of you again. That one star means NEGATIVE one star!!

I loved the headset but it did not last 6 months. The quality is not great and started to come about after 2 months of use. Not worth the hassle in my opinion. It needs to be built sturdier with peiple who use it for work on a daily basis

As someone who works from home most of the time (even pre-pandemic), I have had more than my fair share of various office headsets. I spend a lot of time on both web meetings (Zoom, WebEx, etc.) as well as on the phone. The JLAB Go Work Wireless Office Headset was a welcomed addition to my home office. Pros: - Outstanding sound quality - both on my end and based on feedback from other participants in calls - Very easy to pair to two devices (MacBook, iPhone) - Extremely comfortable! As someone who wears glasses, I've often found headsets to be too tight and push in on the arms of my glasses behind my ears. On the JLAB Headset, this was not the case. The large, cushioned headphones are very, very comfortable. - Fast charging with USB C! - Long-lasting charge: I was able to use the headset heavily for two days before having to re-charge. I honestly could not find any cons to this headset. It takes a little while to get used to having a microphone sticking out along your jawline, but this is by design and is easy to manage. Even with the microphone arm in the upright position along my head, people still said they could clearly hear me. Overall - an A+ in my book. I would highly recommend!

I've been using this pair of JLab Go Work Wireless Headset to chat with friends, family and coworkers through various applications on my MacBook and iPad mini. They are great for voice communication apps and phone calls / zoom / FaceTime. Voices come through loud, crisp and clear. The microphone picks up my voice great also. I haven't had any complaints about clarity or volume while communicating with this headset on. Build quality is quite nice and premium feeling. The ear pads are very and soft comfortable. My only complaint about them is that I wish they were a tad larger. I have a big head and ears to match so they feel a little small for me. But for most people I think they will be fine. The headband is metal and plastic and has a memory foam type pad on the part that rests on your head. They don't put a lot of pressure on your head or ears so they stay comfortable for long periods of time. The microphone boom is about 5" long and can swivel in either direction making it usable for either ear. The microphone perfectly positions near my mouth. It has a push to mute/unmute button on the ear cup. It charges via USB C and pairs with Bluetooth to just about any device with bluetooth capabilities. I didn't have to download any software or apps to use them. They are easy to pair and use. These headphones aren't very great for music listening, they are tuned quite "flat" to my ears. So I don't think you'll be too impressed with their sound quality for music, movies, etc. I don't think that's what they are intended to be used for BUT they are totally usable for listening to music or videos in a pinch. Would I recommend these? Yes. Especially to those of you who need a quality headset with a very good microphone and comfortable ear cushions for working remotely or in the office.

These headphones are not durable and did not last long…fell apart after 4 few months. The material is not good. Had to use tape to hold these headphones together, will not buy this brand again..the old saying you get what you pay for is true.

With a majority of my day in meetings, I have been looking for a second headset to leave at the office so I didn't need to carry it back and forth each day. The JLAB Wireless GO Work wireless headset worked well and is priced reasonably. My current headset is a high end Jabra wireless headset that I really like. The Jabra is a better headset, but also cost nearly 5X as much. If I had to do it over again, I would buy this JLAB headset due to the cost difference and the quality of this device. This headset is super easy to setup. Basically, take it out of the box and connect to your laptop/phone via Bluetooth. Done! Nothing else to do, so I was up and running within a minute. From a call quality (using Teams), the headset sounded a little tinny at first, but I got used to that pretty quickly and within a couple minutes I didn't notice it any longer. People mentioned that they had no problem hearing me through the mic and the audio sounded good. The headset is cushioned at the top, though it was a little more stiff than my existing headset. It feels like it will soften over time and it really wasn't a concern either way. I haven't run the battery down yet and have been on about 6-8 hours of meetings over a couple of days. This is more than sufficient for me...I usually plug it in each night after work and it is ready to go the next day. Overall, very good headset at a reasonable price.

There are all sorts of headphones available on the market knowing which one's to choose can save you a time and money. After trying a few I came across the Jlab Work Go and I feel like I finally found what I need to get my work done. :::General Thoughts::: Upon opening the box you'll find the headset a matching blue USB type C cable which is much appreciated, and surprisingly a USB to 3.5mm headphone jack.. The look and feel of these are good there is an ample amount of padding on the ear cups, the headband has sufficient padding as well and these fit better than the sibling headset that Jlab offers. The fit is good and it the headset does not press against your head or ears too much it is the right amount of force to sit on your head without getting a headache after prolonged use. The sound quality is great, I sound good to others and I do not get " I can not hear you" because in real life I am soft spoken and this picks up my voice very well. I am glad that I do not have to yell into the microphone. the volume control is easy there are dedicated buttons for that. The mute feature is a button on the left ear just push it and boom instant mute. You know it is muted because the mic lights up red to indicate that it is muted. I really like that feature making these just that much better. Now as far as battery life goes I use these sometimes 8 hours or more in a day so I found that I get on average 2 1/2 days of battery life. You will be greeted by a woman's voice each time you power up the headset notifying you of the battery life. Your mileage may vary as far as battery life as each individual may use these less or more depending on their needs it is important to take note of that. :::Pros & Cons::: Pros: - Good Fit - Ample amount of padding - Push to mute feature - Good audio quality - Good battery life - Nearly effortless to setup - USB C - 3.5mm headphone cable Cons - Haven't found one as of yet :::TL;DR::: I work from home and these are great and fit the bill. This headset checks off all the boxes, check them out if you want something quick to setup & easy to use.

Good wireless on-ear headset for Office for price!

The JLAB Go Work Wireless On-Ear Headset is a great solution for those who work remotely and need a good solution at a good price. Right out of the box, the headphones come with a USB to type-c charging cable. You also receive a type -c to 3.5MM aux cable for wired use for those time when you forget to charge. The microphone has a full rotating boom and allows you to swival all the way around allowing you to switch it from a left or right.mic. The headphones have a cushioned top covered with a faux leather. The ear cushions are soft and covered with th same faux leather. They are pretty flexible and are not stiff. It has a big "quick mute" button on the outside of the ear cusion - which makes it wasy to quickly mute a call. It has a red button that lights up at the end of your mic that shows it ismuted - which would help for other people to see if they walked up. One of the things that I like most about this product is that you can connect via bluetooth to two devices. I am able to connect to my work phone and my IPhone. It allows me to listen to a podcast and answer calls when I need to. The quality of the headphones is good for the price range. The call quality is good and doesn't pick up background noise. I would definity recommend these for someone who needs to periodically use the headphones for meetings and occassional use. They are comfortable and a good quality. I do not use these for all day use.

I had put off getting a wireless headset for work for way too long. Mostly that was due to the high price of some and seeing co-workers having issues with theirs dying or cutting out occasionally. After reading the reviews, I chose this one. It has worked amazingly well. People on the other end say it's very clear. I can hear clearly. It is more comfortable than I thought it would be with the on ear design. I just long press a button, it says hello and connects to Bluetooth immediately. Since it is saved as the audio in/out device in Microsoft Teams, it just immediately works. I love how the on-board mute button works. Way easier to find the those on previous corded headsets, and the red light on the tip is genius. I even like how the mic hits a notch when fully up. Easy to take off and hang on a hook. The range is great. I can leave my office and have great reception in the kitchen as I make coffee or food. I can even go to the back door and let the dogs in/out. At that point, it acts like it might start having signal issues if I go much further, but I don't need to, so can get to most rooms of my house with good signal. I would definitely buy another if it broke or something. For me, I don't care about noise cancelling, as I need to hear pets or my wife in the background at times. So that wasn't a feature I needed when picking one.

I bought these for my boss and he loved them. They were really easy to set up and the sound quality is solid for both calls and music. The fit is comfortable for all-day use, and the battery life is impressive. It’s nice that you can use them wired or wireless depending on what you need. Definitely a great headset for work or everyday use.

The Jlab Work Go Office headset is a value for money pair of headset suited for working at home or in the office. Though the model is made of plastic, it doesn’t feel cheap. It has a boom which can be used left or right by just rotating the boom. The battery has an impressive life of 45 hours and can be fully charged within two hours. I haven’t fully tested the battery but I now have used around 20 hours by my estimate. But knowing Jlab, the performance of their products are within range of it stated capacity. The headset comes with a USB-C cable and an auxiliary wire for a wired connection. One thing to note though is that during audio calls, the sound of the speaker on the other end of the call is somewhat muffled. Also, there seems to be a noticeable gap in calls. Further, since these are on-ear headphones the do become a bit warm on your ears. For this I am reducing one star. Otherwise, this is a solid performer.

These have been a savior I. The office during our Teams calls! They are also so comfy I have people in our office asking to borrow them since they have earbud combos and hate theirs. The battery life is pretty good, the ear cushions feel great, and sound quality is crisp. I do wish the wire for being fully wired was longer just because we can’t sync our Bluetooth devices to every device. I especially love that the mic is on its own arm and I can swivel it to and from my face area. A very compact and easy to set up pair of earphones!
