I like that I can use the headset via bluetooth or plug directly into the audio port. I have had them since Dec. 7th;unfortunately, the power button is defective. I can no longer power them on to use the bluetooth function, I am restricted to using cable for audio port only. I am hoping I can take them back to Best Buy for an exchange rather than reaching out to Jlab since I use them for work and do not want to wait weeks for a replacement pair. Otherwise, they sound great, light and comfortable.

50ndollars or so. I used them every day. Battery never runs out. I do charhlge them every two days. You can use the antenna or blue tooth. I use them paired with phone, tablet and computer. I can place them to cover my whole ear or leave an angle so I hear the outside noises. I use them for work and sometimes to take a walk. Sound is Excellent. Definitely recommend it!

These headphones are a great fit—literally and functionally! They’re comfortable to wear for long periods, and the sound quality is excellent for both calls and music. I use them daily in my office, and they’ve worked flawlessly. The option to switch between wireless and wired is a nice bonus. Definitely a solid choice for work or casual use!

Great Headset. The microphone is awesome...I really like the mute button and flip-up feature to keep the mic out of my way when I don't need it. Good sound, too. The battery life is EXCEPTIONAL. I have the JLab Studio Pro set, too, which features the "over-the-ear" headphones vs "on-the-ear" ones like these and these are just as comfortable to me. I really, really like these. Actually bought a set for my daughter, too.

I bought a pair of these two years ago, but didn't use it regularly until last year after I discovered that I could pair my computer and phone at the same time. If sound isn't playing on my phone, it would switch to my computer automatically. If a call came in while sound is coming out of the PC, I can answer on the headphones. The mic mutes calls is handly. I had to subtract 1 star, as with daily use, the side with the on/off button cracked. Had to purchase a new one. For the price though (under $50), I guess one year of use isn't too bad as long as the price don't fluctuate to badly.

These are my primary work from home headset. They are comfortable and well constructed. I went through several headphone and these had the bast microphone. I’m not a quiet speaker but people complained with other headsets that I was hard to hear, but not with these. The battery life is excellent getting a week or 2 between charging them with moderate use. The on ear design can press on ears into my glasses that gets a little uncomfortable after wearing them for several hours in a row but I don’t even notice this if they are on for an hour or two.

I'm not a fan of earbuds since I always have trouble inserting into my ear to where it feels comfortable. This over the ear headset is perfect. I use them at work for phone calls and virtual meetings when in the office. Sound it great, easy to pair the Bluetooth. If you don't like Bluetooth, you have the option to plug in with USB cord that comes with the product. Charge lasts a long time.

I bought these a few months back with pretty low expectations. I was not sure if I wanted to buy some of the more expensive options. Ended up at Best Buy and they had these in stock. Sound quality has been great (for cold calling). People can hear me so far. No problems with connecting for my phone. My job requires me to use these daily for cold calling and they do this job well. I had a feeling that they might break quickly but mine seem to be holding up well if you don't throw them around. At this price point I would still likely go with another one of these instead of the really expensive/premium options.

This is much more comfortable than another headset I bought for work. I like having the option to switch between Blutooth or a wired headset too. I don't like wearing headsets, headphones or earbuds for a long time, it doesn't matter how good the material is. I always am prone to headaches (yes, even those ones that run $200 or up). I still think this is still worth 5 stars, the material doesn't feel cheap. It's also nice to be able to be "double muted" to ensure that if you aren't muted on programs like Microsoft Teams or Slack, you can simply hit the button on the side and mute yourself. This is especially nice since my dog loves to bark while I am in conference calls.

Great price/performance. Has both voice or music modes. I found these in my local store by accident, after being misled by a store sales person trying to steer me to expensive gamer oriented sets, claiming BB didn't have business oriented ones in stock. They were on a stand closer to the appliances instead of being with the other electronic items. Voice mode optimizes for spoken word. Music mode does what it implies, expands audio field for listening to music/movies. Saying that, this not not going to give you the same quality as more expensive dedicated equipment. (I have a set of beats that sound outstanding). I like the option to mute the mic by pressing a button on the headset. The only real con is the material is very smooth and slides around on my head. That's why I didn't give it 5 stars. I have used it for up to 9 hours at a stretch with no issues. The documentation claims up to 45 hours, but haven't tested that yet.

I only give it 4/5 because after so long of Not using the mute button it just stops working. So I have to reset the head set. It has great range and quality. Holds a Great Charge. I work 8x5 and only charge 2x per week. Only got to battery low once. So far so Good. Just Need the Mute to always be there if I need it and it may Not be. That’s. bummer cause I have Kids. But having the freedom of No wore chaining me to the Desk is The Beat Feeling Ever.

4/5 Stars - the device is easy to use once the link and pairing are established. The range is better somedays better than others 20 ft vs 60ft before the connection fails. I have a conference call based working from home job, like most I depend on the headset to work 100% and have long battery life. The JLab wireless headset holds a great charge - once per 10 days on average so far and the microphone works extremely well. The initial set up was a problem - having to reset the setting on my PC to allow access and cutting on and off of the Blue Tooth to reconnect - Push button on off and oral report on battery life and connectivity is given each time it comes on. Volume controls ok location is too close the on /off.

Great product with outstanding battery life. Microphone can also be angled perfectly in case you want to wear the headband off the head so as not to matte down your hair. All calls and meetings have been clear per the audience at the other end. Works great as regular headphones after the meeting by switching from Voice Mode to Music Mode for a little extra punch in the music notes. This will last most if not all week if you use it everyday and are comfortable to wear. I don't think I've ever had any trouble or complaints with JLab products. I have several of their products, headphones, earbuds, mice and keyboards. They're my go-to brand for such now.

Absolutely great. Bought two pairs; one for home, one for work. The wear is comfortable for long durations, sound isolation is great—I work in a close quarters cubicle and no one on my meetings can hear my cubby mates, sound quality is great, I even listen to music on them sometimes in the office. I’d recommend and have recommended to my friends & family. I also use this for gaming and my friends say the audio quality is good. No issue with bluetooth connecting. Does great every time, and bonus is that it can connect to at least two devices at a time. I haven’t tried connecting it to more than 2 devices, but it might.
