Every time i think i need to charge these the voice tells me "Battery Full." That alone is a good reason to purchase. Sound quality is good, I mostly use for comms while gaming. I don't notice my ears hurting from extended use, but I can't recall that I've worn them for extended periods. Easy to pair.

I only give it 4/5 because after so long of Not using the mute button it just stops working. So I have to reset the head set. It has great range and quality. Holds a Great Charge. I work 8x5 and only charge 2x per week. Only got to battery low once. So far so Good. Just Need the Mute to always be there if I need it and it may Not be. That’s. bummer cause I have Kids. But having the freedom of No wore chaining me to the Desk is The Beat Feeling Ever.

Excellent! Lightweight, not intrusive like ear bud headphones and not hot like puffy surround the ear headphones. Great sound quality and range at a very good price. I use them for TV, so I have not tried the mic function.

Very comfortable. Good, clear, rich sound. Used with my HP laptop. I took off one star because despite downloading app I still have not been able to successfully connect with my Samsung cell phone.

I bought these headphones for videoconferencing.
They are comfortable and have surprisingly good sound quality, even for listening to music. Battery life is great and bluetooth connection has not dropped once even though I wander from room to room wearing them.
These headphones are a great affordable option

I like the headphones. I only use them for Zoom meetings. Sound quality both in and out is good. I previously bought a different brand and returned it because after an hour-long meeting, my head and ears hurt from the weight. The JLab is lighter weight. By the end of a second back-to-back hour-long meeting, I was happy to take it off but it wasn't painful like the first pair. After seven or eight meetings the battery was at medium charge. Overall, I'm pleased.

Quality is good. Run time is good. Tends to hurt my small ears if I have them on for extended periods. Definitely could not wear them non-stop for an 8-hr work shift. Only other issue I’ve run into is that sometimes they seem to go to sleep or something and the speakers will play through the headphones but the mic doesn’t work. The only fix I’ve found is to turn them off and then back on again.

I was a hair thin away from returning these headsets, however, i decided to give them a full shot. My experience was that i just "tried them" for a few minutes and did not like it at all, however, i didnt want that to be the reason for the return. I wanted a genuine reason to return them so i gave them a shot. To date I am still using them for work and I could not be more satisfied with these bluetooth headsets.
Exceptional battery life (call center job) that lasts me basically the entire work week. The range on them is phenomenal, i can literally be on the other side of the building and it still picks up signal.
Mic quality is ok, nothing much can be said about this.
Comfort level is probably a 4 out of 5.
Excellent product.

This is Best Bluetooth headset i ever owned. It has great battery life. I am working from home and I take all my meetings using this headset these days. The battery lasts for the whole week.
It can connect to 2 devices at a time which helps to have it connected to my cell phone and my PC. So if I get a call, I don't have to carry my phone with me. Few of my co-workers told me I sound crisp and much better than before after using this headset.
The range is also great. I have left my phone in the basement and still able to stay connected from upstairs. I guess it depends on everyone's home layout. But I really love this headset.
I haven't figured out whether I can play, pause and skip music with this headset. It will be cool if that was an option.

Purchased these headphones based on reviews from others. I am really enjoying them so far. I like the fact they are comfortable, hold a long charge, and can be paired up with multiple devices at one time - and switch between them with a press of a button. I especially like them because I can hear my voice when I speak so I don’t speak too loudly. I recommend them!

These headphones since purchasing them has been a major help with the hands free Bluetooth option. I work from home and it can sometimes where on me being tied to a desk by a head phone jack. The Jlab has given me the ability to get more stuff done and still be at work. The noise cancellation feature also works really well especially for those who are needing that extra bit of quiet. It has work well for me in my environment with two children. The only issue I have is when connecting it doesn’t mute right away and it is sometimes difficult to turn off. Other than these minor issues I would recommend this product to those who are working from home.

Headphones work great. Connects easily to iPhone and Surface tablet. Battery charge lasts long. No complaints from people on conference calls that can't hear me thru the mic. Maybe the only downside is that the earpads feel a little cheap and probably won't last 6 months with daily use.
