Nothing in any troubleshooting advice I found would correct it. So I guess if you want to waste $55 on 8 weeks of excellent use, then this is for you. Garbage.

I usually use the smallest size ear tips when getting headphones but these were so uncomfortable and never stayed in my ear -- always popping off. Because they wouldn't properly stay in my ear, I could hear every noise outside over my own music. The wire would also never stay in one spot and was also dragging my headphone down out of my ear.
