The sound is low and the quality is regular whether on Windows or Apple devices. I kept it for its duration and use it with my laptop. For travel and at home I use the Beats. Recommended as backup hearphones.

This headset seems good so far. The kids don't complain, but I didn't find them to be comfortable. We shall see how well they last.

I got this over-ear headphones for my 5 year old and she loves it. It fits comfortably on her head and she loves that she has her own earphones now. JLab earphones are a great brand for affordable devices for everyone. She says they are comfortable and she can wear them for a good amount of time without it becoming a bother. I love that you can connect it via aux or via bluetooth. My daughter has had it over a week and it is still at full charge. She does not wear it all the time so that could be why the battery is still going strong and she connects it via aux because she likes having it connected that way. I tried on the headphones too and it fit comfortably over my head as well. The sound is great and does not get super loud, which I can appreciate for my young child's ears. I like that she can adjust the volume directly on the headphones. She has it on the shortest setting so it will grow with her. Now she can listen to music on her iPad and play games without it blaring through the house. She likes to play this game with a baby crying and that can get a little annoying hearing the baby cry over and over again. She can also use it to listen to stories without the outside distractions. I really love this headphones for kids.

Very comfortable and simple plus wired. Which is the true benefit because the schools do not want the kids to have wireless, at least in my local area. But also with wireless, you would have to charge so actually that’s a good move by the school. Which leads me to the battery. Now I did use these at the gym only because I wanted to see how comfortable these were and the battery life. With the battery life, I got 3 days before I had to charge them. They connected well with my iPhone Bluetooth, no disconnecting while working out and the comfort level surprised me. Ears didn’t get got hot during treadmill time, but sometimes they moved, but not to the point where it was a distraction. These are very lite weight! I enjoyed working out with them but they can’t replace earbuds. Great sound, not bass heavy but it blocks out sound pretty good. I let my child use them while on their iPad and not one time did I see uncomfortableness and they look free using them. The wire never got in the way. The best part is when I was told they were comfortable! Yes that’s all that matters. These are great headphones especially for the school year coming and with sitting in front of a computer for awhile, these are it!

I got these for 8 year daughter going into 3rd grade. She needed a wired head set. There are not many headset made for kids under 12. As school continue to use technology in the classroom more and more of these types of head will come out The review below is from my daughter. What I liked about it Sounded great. I like the wireless and wired function. Because sometime it would make it easier for other devices ( I think she means to connect to a device) She had trouble figuring out how to connect the headset via Bluetooth Fits on my head is good and is comfortable I like that it folds up and easy to carry around and put in my backpack It covers my whole ear. My old one didn’t and it felt weird. The color is good, but I really don’t care much about the color I like that the volume was on the head set . What I didn’t like about it Nothing As a parent I liked the dual function of the headset. I can see some kids having trouble connecting headset via Bluetooth (even some adults have a hard time ). I can see its made right for kids. It does fit well on her head and doesn’t look too bulky. Yes my daughter would recommend these and so would I.

    Good sound and OK mic

These headphones are just the right size for my nine year old son. He is an avid xBox gamer and plays multiplayer socially interactive games on a regular basis. He has only been using headphones tethered directly to his xBox remote. The bluetooth option is a really good addition and he likes not having the cord in the way. The battery life is great and he can use it tethered if the battery does die unexpectedly. The one drawback is the mic does not work very well and those he is playing with have a hard time hearing him at times. I guess this is Ok for the price and the ability to protect the volume level from getting too high is a Ok trade-off. This is his preferred headphones for listening to games only and he uses another when playing multiplayer. I recommend for younger kids who do not play that much social games. However, for older kids I would recommend another option. It seems really made and comes with a handy carry pouch. We will continue to use for some time and it fits the best of any headphones he uses.

Great for kids, maybe for some adults!

Summary: These are great for kids. Trying them out as an adult, they sound good for adults too (if a little small). The design is nice and connectivity is on point. Audio quality is great. Pros: - Sound great - Volume limits - Comfort - Wireless or wired - Ability to share with other units Cons: - No app support - Long term durability Unboxing: There is not much in the packaging. There are the headphones, a aux to aux cable (for hooking up to devices or to another headset for sharing, a USB-C to USB-A cable for charging and basic documentation. Setup: Using wireless, setup is easy. Simply turn it on and pair it with your device. If you are pairing with a new device there is a bluetooth button to hold prior to pairing. There is no supported app, the j-lab headphone app exists but gives contestant errors with these headphones so I am thinking it is simply not supported. Use: Trying them as an adult for this review, I was very surprised at how good these are! They fit a little small being child headphones, but the cushions are comfy, the build quality is plastic and audio quality is very good. I can easily see my kid using these for long periods with no comfort concerns. There is a hidden switch under the right top portion of the fabric which controls volume limits. When on, it will ensure the volume stays at safe levels. When off, it takes off the limit but I do not think it got very loud even then. Audio quality. I listened to a “Recent releases” playlist on spotify to test this out. In short, I was very very surprised at how good these sound for kids headphones. There is more emphasis on bass and I did not hear many highs come out but the overall output was enjoyable. Voices are clear. Listening to these made me more curious as to what the adult versions sound like. Good job Jlab! Misc: If you have multiple children, you can hook up their headphones via a wire as there are two inputs to each headset. That way, if you have one headset streaming a movie in the back of a car or airplane on a tablet, both kids can easily hear. My only concern was with the plastic build and foam ear cups, how long they will last at my child's hands. If you kid likes to break things or pick at things, these might be torn apart in a few months. If your child is able to take care of their belongings, there should be no concern.

These are very well thought out headphones. I'm very happy with having these as an option for my kids. I have very young kids and took a chance that these might be to small but they just fit my daughter who is a pretty tall 2.5 yo. These headphones are just what I was hoping. They provide some muffling of external sounds since they are over-the-ear style. I wanted something that she could watch programs with while I'm doing things that are loud and not have to worry about her getting the full volume but also keep her attention on something and not get mischievous. The limited volume give me comfort since she knows how to adjust the volume on everything. The controls are very intuitive and she learned them quickly with no problem. They are physically designed well and built well and she has no problem taking them on and off herself. I also really like the wireless or wired option. My truck has a wired system for rear passengers so she is able to listen to what she likes and we can get a small break from kids songs while driving. I'm definitely going to be picking up another set of these for my son that he can grow into and they can share the connection through the daisy chain system. These should work perfectly when we fly as a family and keep them more comfortable while watching things on the flight. I'm very impressed by these and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a set of headphones for their kids for any reason. They fit so much better and more comfortably on kids heads.

I have a few other pairs of JLab wireless headphones and have been satisfied with them. They have delivered a good performance at a great price, and have been a nice choice for my kids to use with school or their devices. This actual 'kids' size set of headphones from JLab are perfect for my 10-year-old daughter. She has been able to pair them herself with no issues with most of her devices. They fit her well though they're a little small for everyone else in the family. That's fine though, as she likes having a pair that are all hers, and we like for her to have her own as well (especially on car trips!). She says they sound great. I like the fact that they have lower 'limits' on how loud they get than a lot of 'kids' headphones. They're plenty loud enough, but they won't damage her ears. She has not even noticed they don't get super-loud (and doesn't typically listen to anything that loud anyway). They're light, comfortable, and they hold a charge for a long time before needing to be re-charged (great for car trips). She can use them with a wire as well, which is a nice back-up in case she has trouble pairing them. They're easy to charge and use a USB-C wire, thank goodness, since my daughter is a master at losing her chargers and we have a ton of these at home. The sound quality is very nice for the price. They're not the upper end of headphones, but they aren't priced like it, either, and if you are shopping for your kids they should be plenty. My daughter is very happy with them.

These JLab JBuddies over ear kids headphones are great for the little ones either at home or on car rides. You have the option to go wireless bluetooth or use the included wire with dual 3.5 jacks to plug into the device and into the headphones. The headphones are well constructed with plastic and a heavier duty wire connecting the ear cones to the headstrap. The ear cups are soft and covered in a vinyl feeling material. There is a button on the inside of the earcups that you can click that is called the hearing protection switch. This switch changes the max volume from a higher decibal to a lower one to keep you child from damaging their ears. These headphones feel like they could take some pulling back and forth between kids without completely snapping due to the wire. I won't review sound quality because to most kids they really don't care. The weight on these is very light and although my 2 year old refused these, my oldest is almost 5 and told me "Dad! These headphones are soooo coool!". He's used to the wired headsets we normally get for him. As far as battery life, I'm not sure. They're supposed to be good for 35 hours with 380 hours of standby. I have charged them once and my kids been using them off and on for a week. He gets to "look cool" without damaging his ears and I get some peace and quiet without having to listen to his songs he loves.

    Great Headphones to Protect Hearing

These are some great headphones. We already owned the corded version and loved them. This version is a great upgrade. They work good for my 5 year old and now I don't have to worry about him falling asleep with them on or the cord getting caught on anything. I'm also looking forward to our 2nd child coming to age and being able to daisy chain and them both watch the same video on the tablet. They are comfortable and durable. There hasn't been any issues with battery life even when my child forgets to turn them off. On that, the power button is a nice size so that he can turn them on and off easily. This also holds true for the volume buttons but he never uses them. The best part of these headphones is the decibel limiting. It's very important to my family to protect our hearing. These protect unknowing children. Even with all the protection in place and them being wireless, the sound is great. I didn't notice any delay between the video and the sound. I'd highly recommend these for any children. I think it gives you a lot of piece of mind when considering any potential hearing damage and any safety concerns with cords. I can't think of any negatives or problems I've had with these.

Great headset for kids i definitely will get another one for the other little ones in the family. The volume limiter is a nice feature for younger children one is 85db and the other is 95db . It's Bluetooth and you can connect another headset to the this one called the shareport. Use the aux cable or another headset with the 3.5mm connection to it, and both children can listen to what's playing on the tablet or phone or computer.they are very comfortable i wore them myself for a few hours and they didn't bother me at all. Long battery usage over 35 hours of battery life . You Also get a 2 year warranty when most companies only give 1year definitely a plus in case they stop working . To charge it use the USB C cable super easy for kids to connect it and you also get a aux cable if you don't want to use Bluetooth. I'll post a few pictures of all angles of the headset the only this is they don't rotate of you want to wear on your neck and remember it's meant for kids ages 8 and up but it's definitely worth more than what they cost

So Comfy! I would encourage you to look at these headphones. Normally my kids will only wear headphones for a few minutes before complaining about how uncomfortable they are. These were worn on a 3 hour ride a few times with no complaints. Pairing was easy, quality appears to be quite good. Additionally, charging is easy and a charge lasts a long time. I had some concerns with the earpieces durability with time, but didn't see any issues 2-3 weeks into use. The other concern I had was with the volume of the device, they seem to get quite loud and I am unsure if that could cause long-term damage. After doing a bit more research, I was unable to find an answer to how loud these get in DB. The last thing I wanted to talk about when it comes to these, is that they ran on the bigger side and fit my 5 year old fine and were a little big on my 3 year old. I genuinely believe these are a great headphone for kids and should be considered by any parent looking for a good quality pair for their kids.
