Decent Sound for right price

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These are the "middle of the road" JLab "buds" but perform equally as well the "executive" or "Sport" variations. Include multiple pads to adjust for all ear canal sizes but found right from th ebvox worked just perfect. Easy to use and feel secure (others brands felt as though falling out repeatedly). My assessment is that value for price these cannot be beat - if you are looking for complete noise isolation, look elsewhere as they "bleed" just enough to allow ambient noise to penetrate - something I find useful, others may not. All in all solid performance.

I purchased a second set and the right side wouldn't work; the customer service rep was amazingly helpful. I told him that I would have to drive over an hour to return them to a Best Buy store and he processed the order for me and I received a label to return the defective product. I am well-pleased. I love the sound and quality of these!
