So right up front let me say "I'm not an audiophile." And that's fine because most of you aren't audiophiles either. If you were you wouldn't be here right now. So from an average person with average needs, ie; gym, waiting room, air travel: these JLAB - JBUDS AIR EXECUTIVE TRUE WIRELESS EARBUDS are a steal at $69. I did not expect this kind of quality for sub $100 true wireless buds. When I opened the package and saw the sexy little case, I was pretty impressed. Luxury isn't really in JLabs wheelhouse, but perhaps they are moving in a new direction. (Hey JLabs! The style looks good on you.) The case looks and feels like leather and the charging cable tucks very snugly into the edge of the case in a manner reminiscent of the quality Apple provided when Steve Jobs was alive. When fully charged I got about 4.5 hours out of these buds. That's respectable, if not stellar. Most of the time, I'll be using these at the gym so that's more than enough battery life for me. Like most Bluetooth devices today, these were very easy to set up. The controls require a slight learning curve but they are simple enough to work with. Non-audiophile that I am, I think the sound was excellent. I found it to be crystal clear and a bit bass heavy. You can tap the left bud to cycle through a few eq settings, one of which is very heavy on the bass. (If that's your thing) I just preferred the default setting. The buds come with 4 different ear cushions. 3 rubber and 1 blue "cloud foam". I prefer the cloudfoam cushions. With the selection provided you should have no trouble finding a comfortable fit that properly seals to your ear canal. Once seated properly in your ear, they provide good isolation keeping most outside noise at bay. Overall, I would recommend these to anyone who values quality but doesn't wan't to spend a fortune on ear buds. Well played JLabs....Well played.

I really did love these earbuds. Probably my favorite pair I've ever bought. I like the touch controls they fit well for me audio quality was fine. Phone calls were clear. They were paired with my note 9 so Bluetooth 5.0. The case was pretty small for the size of the buds, these were my ideal buds. So why did I give them one star? This was the second pair of I bought the first had pairing issues after about two months. I thought maybe it was a fluke or something so I bought a second pair I liked them that much. However after I bought the second pair the same problem plagued these as well only after a few days. They had no range the Bluetooth would fail about 3ft away with no objects in between. Overall as much as I loved them they seem to have manufactured defects.

Great gift for a teenager. Bought 4 of these for gifts. Each one has enjoy them.

I was looking for an alternative to AirPods. These headphones came up short in relation to AirPods. Overall a decent product but two things I had issues with, ease of use and sound quality. They were not easy to use with the tap feature. The sounds was not as crisp as other units I’ve used.

Only reason I won't give it a 5 is because you can't assign the buttons to tasks. And the default choices won't let you replay a song. That sucks.

I love Apple bud ear pods don’t stay put in my ears, these are great sound and stay in place when working out

I have been in need of this wireless in ear headphones for awhile. So was glad when I stopped in at Best Buy to find find they had exactly what I needed.

the only thing is you cant only have the left one on. if you only use one you have to use the right one. that's the only problem my son has had.

The JLab Audio wireless headphones work very well. They come with a variety of ear tips including foam tips which are comfortable for long periods of use.
