Well it's decent product except occasional Bluetooth connection fall out other than that product is good and easy/comfortable to use.

By far the worst sound of 3 bluetooth headphones I own. Music is significantly lower volume, very little bass response even after adjusting iPhone equalizer setting from rock to bass boost. The built in equalizer is worthless, and does nothing to improve sound quality to personal preferences. For phone calls, the volume is slightly better if in a quiet environment, but the voice quality sounds tinny and distant and a slight echo. Don't waste your money on these, choose another brand that has great sound in comparison.

Great sound comes out the speakers I love these earphones

I got these Jlab wireless earbuds for my teenage daughter and she loves them. To begin with, she really liked how easy they were to set up and very user friendly when you get them up and running. Next, she really likes how comfortable they are in her ears, especially since one of the options is the cloud foam which made the earbuds stay in her ears nicely. When she first took them out of the box, she thought they would be heavy because they look kind of bulky, but to her delight, they are very light in her ears. She was able to sync the buds to her phone and laptops very quickly. She really loved the sound that comes out of these Jlab earbud and also commented that the mic is very clear when she makes calls. She also gave the charging case 2 thumbs up. There are 2 things that really stood out to her about the charging case: 1. The light indicator inside tells you how much charge the buds have and the option for charging with usb. Of course she loves that she hardly has to charge them since the charge will hold for about 30 hours! The only con that she mentioned was that the buds will disconnect if you switch apps. Overall, she highly recommends the JLAB earbuds
