I haven't had any connectivity issues but the audio is no better than my experience with headphones that were alot cheaper. There is also no sound canceling feature which I would expect at this price range.

The audio continually cuts in and out of both headphones. I attempted every troubleshooting step on the website but that did not fix the problem. What's more frustrating is that JLABS customer support # never works. You get a recorded message claiming it is currently outside of business hours, no matter what time you call. I'll probably end up having to pay for shipping on the warranty claim. That is something you might want to factor into the price when deciding whether to purchase or not. I've honestly had better customer support from cheap $25 headphone manufacturers than from JLAB

Oh well. They work well-a tad confusing to learn which rap does what…and on which one, but once you e messed up a few times, you start to figure it out. Overall, great product. Very easy to ‘pair’ and love that the charger is attached (can’t lose it!!).
