At first I thought it was a bad connection coming from my phone, but upon making research it became very clear that JLab is aware that the defaults with these is they lose connection on & off as to if you're playing something depending of the position of your head although phone is in pocket it'll lose connectivity. I was beginning to respect JLab, but then quickly loss favor with company.

The price was reasonable however to me they sounded tinny and fake. There wasn't much bass. When trying to set the sound settings there were only 3 settings and the initial impression didn't change. I didn't like that you adjusted the volume from the buds and your device. Sometimes it was difficult to get them to the highest volume and even then they sounded like they were only at 50% volume. Maybe I just had a bad pair. I return them and upgraded to the JBL which are far better sound quality. You pay more but you get more.

I did have hard time fitting them but all I had to do was remove the band around it. But I enjoy that it’s keeps the noise out. All I can hear would be the music I am listening to. I would repurchase.

Charging and convenience are great. Only negative is the sound range for music isn’t as great as more expensive options. Audio books and podcast listening is perfect though.
