    Felt really big in ear. Kept falling out even though I changed the ear size. Would hear a buzzing noise every now and then.

    The sound was good for the 2 seconds they were in my ears. Couldn't get them to stay in my ears. Returned the same day.

    The call quality is sounds terrible. People have trouble hearing me... I had to return a pair because the left bud stop connecting.

    Worked for 2 weeks fine. Then one day at work my headphones started to cut out randomly I pulled my phone out my pocket and then the left ear bud cut out. Between taking my phone in an out of my pocket to “test” these headphones I dropped my phone and cracked the back of it. Nothing was wrong with the headphones or my Bluetooth connection other Bluetooth headphones work perfectly fine. In other words... piece of poo

    Had these earbuds for a short time, now they won't stay connected. They keep disconnecting from my phone and each other when being used. Tried connecting with another device to see if it would stay connected but they did the same thing.

    I bought these to use with my laptop for zoom calls and they were terrible for that. Audio kept going in and out and microphone did not work for it at all.

    Sound quality is great. But there a bit heavy I can't seem to keep them in my ear. I think these are better for ppl with big ears. Idk. But it's aggravating.

    LOOKS: ----------- The product looks good in my opinion. The plastics used are no lesser than any other earbud you will find in the market. The case is well designed and uses Vegan leather that gives you a premium feel. At no point of time it reflects a Luxury experience; but handsomely attempts to do so. FIT: ----- The most overlooked aspect of any earbud type product is the fit, which greatly varies from person to person. This crucial element also dictates the overall sound quality. With the right eartips in place, the earbuds themselves feel secure in the ears and are in no verge of falling off at anytime. Cardio and Usual GYM usage is just fine with this product. CONNECTIVITY: ----------------------- INITIAL - As with any Bluetooth product of today, it is extremely easy to do the initial setup. Pairing process remains the same as it has ever been in the last few years for any product. INTER-EARBUD - Unlike the rival from Apple, these earbuds have a Master and a Slave relationship between the Left and Right earpieces. Right earbud connects to your favorite device and the left retrieves its instructions from the right earbud. I have frequent disconnects between the earbuds themselves where I was left with only the Right side working. This reflects poor User Experience. CALL QUALITY: --------------------- The packaging for this particular model touts better voice clarity for calls. However the real word experience greatly differs. The other party was able to hear me decently. The voice was very tinny and muffled. To elaborate, the call sounded like someone is talking behind a Pillow. Pair this problem with the frequent disconnects between Left and Right earbud, the problem is only amplified. Anytime you receive or place a call, the earbuds take the liberty to disconnect itself completely from the phone. After a brief moment (which usually is 5-10 seconds in my case), the device will reconnect with the phone. At that point, I am able to force the phone calls via the headset instead of the phone's native earpiece. I am not aware of an Executive that wants to put his/her callers through this dance; as it looks utterly unprofessional. This routine is unwarranted for a product of 2019. The technology has come al long way for this type of mishaps. SOUND/AUDIO QUALITY: ----------------------- After carefully evaluating the 3 EQ settings provided, I can safely say that "Balanced" setting was my favorite. BALANCED MODE - Instrument separation was pretty good. Vocals were clear and distinct. Bass was not overpowering; but solidly present with control and respectable accuracy. This mode adds a little bit of airiness to your music and creates a wider soundstage; which I prefer. SIGNATURE MODE - Default setting out of the Box. The typical V shaped EQ that most people will prefer. I find this a little too shrill on the upper end and the bass feels uncontrolled. But the sound is still very Dynamic and enjoyable for the most part. BASS MODE - If you live, love, breathe Bass, then this mode is for you. However expect to miss emphasis on other aspects of audio such as the Mids/Vocals and Hights. At no point of time, this earbuds are competing with other Bass heavy sets on the market, but do hold their own in a respectable manner. *Important Note - The sound is only as good as the fit and seal you get from this earbud. If you have a poor fit, you will not appreciate what the product can do. Due to the design of this product, you will have to try all the available eartips to find the best fit for you. Each eartip, depending on the seal will create a different soundstage. LIPSYNC/DELAYS: ------------------------- This particular earbud has LIP-SYNC issues when Videos are being watched; such as on YouTube. I find it fairly distracting for prolonged use. If you consume a lot of video content on your mobile device, you may find yourself disappointed. AWARE MODE: --------------------- If you find yourself not wanting to block external noises completely, you will appreciate the "Aware" mode that pipes in sound from the outside. However this implementation is broken at best at this time of review. The right earbud becomes louder than the Left; creating this uneven effect on overall audio. SOFTWARE: ----------------- None at this time. There are no applications to download to operate this device. This also implies that there are no Firmware Update possibilities for this product. A lot of issues that I have mentioned could be addressed via a Firmware update. However I do not see a channel that will help the end user attempt it. EQUPMENT/SERVICES USED: -------------------------- iMac, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, Galaxy S7 Edge, Blackberry Classic. Apple Music, Online Streaming, YouTube, Netflix.

    I bought them to use in an office setting while doing busy work, the batteries only last 4 hrs so i had to recharge after lunch. I'm satisfied with the purchase.

    Even with the different interchangeable sized ear pieces they hurt after a period of having them in. I had to return mine for something else.

    I have 4 different pairs of J-Labs earbuds: 2 wired, 2 wireless. Great sound, decent bass. The wireless buds both have 3 built-in equalizers that punch up the sound. Highly recommend.

    Bought these to try something new and I regret buying them, there very uncomfortable and hurt my ears have to take them off constantly, tried the different buds didn’t help at all. The sound is not the best or the noise canceling still hear the out side noise. The design is good but needs some work the different sound settings are decent. Definitely won’t be buying from that brand
