    Have tried to use on multiple occasions but can only wear a short time and they make my ears hurt. The sound is ok but not load enough.

    They worked great for 9 months but then the right one quit working. This has been the second pair we have bought.

    The volume is too low when on Max volume. They also hurt your ears and not comfortable at all.

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.     I knew I should have bought the Apple earbuds, but at the recommendation of the young man at Best Buy, I bought these instead and I had them for less than a month before one earbud stopped working, I'm greatly disappointed. I can't get my money back, but that's okay, I'll have to pay off this card and stop shopping at Best Buy if this is what I have to look forward to from the products sold at their stores.
