      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.     These were too big for my little ears and kept falling out. Other than that, they sounded pretty good.

    After 8 months I had to send the buds back (under warranty). I got replacement buds but they would not fully change. I was fed up so I bough a pair of Jabra 75t earbuds that were on clearance at Best Buy. The JLABS ear buds are a paper weight on my desk. The buds never worked well with my laptop, only with my phone.

    I picked these up because they were advertised as being good for phone calls. Called friend with them in and they could not hear what I was saying. Tried a second call later in the evening and the recipient still couldn't hear me.

    No bass whatsoever and not loud at all, extremely poor audio quality. All people (every single person) say I sound muffled when I use these to place or take a phone call. I tried both a Galaxy edge7 &an I-phone 7+, extremely disappointed and am seeking a return/refund.

    One died the first month. Great battery.

    They worked fine for about 3 weeks. Then one died and hasn’t worked since. Charge lasts quite awhile in the headphone... then you can just charge them in the case. I charge the actual case maybe once a month. So I love the actual time I get from the battery, just wish it didn’t die and leave me with just 1 earbud.

    Garbage. Don't waste your time, because you WILL waste your time trying to make these work. A quick search shows that EVERYONE who buys these has the same trouble with the left ear bud. And lo and behold, what they tell you to do to fix them doesn't fix them.

    I have tried the rip-off AirPods as well as a different model of JLab earbuds in the past. For the price, the JLab offerings really are a great value. Very good sound (not the best, but very good) and a variety of fit options are included depending on your ear size and preference. I really like the charger case too. It has a short integrated USB connector so you don't need a separate cord or dongle like AirPods. I use them a lot and I think I can go about 3 weeks before recharging the actual case. My only gripe is that when doing an activity, they sometimes cut out for a split second. Like if I make a quick turn with my head to the side. iPhone is only about 2 feet I'd say away from my head so should have plenty of signal strength. But has happened a few times. But like I said...great value with good sound. And a really slick charging case.
