    Only worked 2 weeks

    I bought these as part of working from home due to COVID-19 and they only worked 2 weeks. Now the right one won’t turn on and neither one will connect via Bluetooth. Best won’t return or exchange it. Sad spent $60 on these, so buy beware!

    Not worth the risk

    You can't use the left earbud without the right earbud and the worst part of them its the quality. The right bud started losing volume just a bit over a week and two weeks later you could barely hear anything out of it and without the right-sided bud, the other one is useless.

    Wouldn’t hold a charge

    Had to return them. They would not hold a charge. They would power on and stay on in the case but after being out of the case for about a minute they would shut off. Tried charging them for over 12hs but still would stay on.

    The sound quality was poor. Talking would pick up ambient noise and the other side was unable to pick up the conversation. It stuck out fairly outwards compared to others. Felt cheaply made and not a great experience.

    I'm very impressed with these earbuds so far. The sound quality is really good for the price you pay. The earbuds arrived nicely packaged with a quick start guide 4 sets of different sized inserts, including the cloud foam inserts, which are very nice and comfortable. Also included is the faux leather charging case with a built in USB charging cable. Operation is simple after the quick and easy pairing. Operation is done by touch on both earbuds and is quite simple after you get used to it. There is also a Be Aware setting which allows ambient sound while listening to music or on the phone. I'm not really impressed with this setting, I don't know if it is supposed to be like noise cancelling, but I don't hear any more or less ambient sound when this setting is on or off. I know it is activated because I can hear the beeps when turned on of off. There are three EQ settings that are activated by touch on the left earbud, I prefer the default, which is the JLab Signature setting. The sound quality is very good and I have used these for several hours so far. They sound as good as any I have tried up to this point. There is an app you can download that will allows you to "burn in" the earbuds, but I have not tried it. The only issue I have is I cannot download the manual from the app or the website. But this is no reflection on the quality of the earbuds. All in all this is a five star product and I would highly recommend them to anyone

    This product isn’t worth the purchase!

    I am not engaging in niceties as I am usually a content and benevolent consumer. After only owning the product for a month, the left ear bud stopped charging and the sound ceased. I expected more from this product and would like to reimbursed for my purchase.

    Pretty Nice For The Price

    These true wireless earbuds by JLAB are light and attractive and extremely comfortable in the ear (with a variety of padded ear foams to help you fit your own unique ear). The earbuds charge in a USB charging case - the case protects the earbuds when they are not in use but it also has an internal power source that allows the earbuds to recharge when not in use. I found this system to be extremely user-friendly. The sound is pretty nice, but not great - but I think that is common to nearly all of the new crop of true wireless earbuds on the market - their convenience comes with some less-than-exciting sound quality. But at least the sound quality here is crisp and clear. JLAB includes three simple equalization options that help adjust the sound (balanced / bass boost / bass and treble boost) but it's just hard to expect compelling sound from tiny earpieces that also have to function as tiny amplifiers. At this price, I think JLAB has done a totally respectable job. My only real gripe about these has to do with the left/right button functionality. Naturally, for any device like these, you will need remote controls for your device (volume, start/stop, track forward/back, answer/reject calls, etc.). JLAB accomplishes all these features using very touch-sensitive sensors on the exteriors of each earbud. Accommodating numerous features means that you need to remember a TON of tap commands (five for the left earpiece and eight for the right earpiece). Everything works as instructed in the quick-start guide, but the difference between a single tap (volume up) and a one-second tap (track advance) seems microscopic. And I got annoyed that I couldn't adjust either earpiece in my ear without activating one or more command. So, in summary: I think these sound pretty nice for their price - crisp but not fully satisfying sound (more common than not with these true wireless earbuds). They are extremely light and comfortable and would work really well for running. But their button functionality is almost an impediment - fewer buttons means that you almost need to learn Morse code to use these.

    Bought a pair and took them out the packaged worked for an hour then right ear bud stopped working thought maybe it was just a bad pair went back and exchanged them two months later the mic be aware setting stopped working on the left bud
