    Have to come all the way back. Only one works. Tech support was here and knows only one worked. Another day shot and 15.00 dollars in gas.

    Left ear bud won’t change on brand new purchase

    Bought these as a Christmas gift for brother-in-law and took them with me to Colombia to give to him on Christmas morning. One ear pod won’t change. So the Christmas gift was a failure

    I love reading reviews about earbuds. Mainly because everyone wants to compare mid-range and low end earbuds with high end earbuds costing 4 times more. To put it into perspective, these JLAB Air Executive True Wireless earbuds deserve a great rating based on price vs performance. First off, the quality is excellent. Starting with the leather feel case that is precisely engineered and has a USB connection built right into the case that tucks away snuggly. No need to fumble with a cord or try to stuff it into a bulkier case. These come with several sets of ear tips which include both gel and cloud foam. I prefer the cloud foam as they feel better in my ears and mold softly into your ear. The touch controls are great and responsive. It also has “Be Aware Audio” which can be turned on or off. This allows outside ambient noise to come through so that you can be aware of your surroundings while listening to music or on a phone call. I found the sound quality to be excellent. Are they the most powerful, no. The deepest base, no. But overall, the sound was crisp and clear, and my Bluetooth signal never drops no matter if I have my phone in hand or in my pocket. It has 3 EQ setting built in, ”JLab Signature, Balanced, and Bass Boost”. You change the EQ setting by triple tapping the left earbud and it cycles between the 3. I set mine to Bass Boost and it sounds great! Overall I would highly recommend these earbuds. They sound great, are affordable, and feel really high quality.

    These kinda suck. The foam ear pieces starting falling apaet pretty quick, noise canceling is weak, sound quality is fine, but minimal bass. Unimpressed for the money spent to say the least

    Fancy but not comfortable

    I wore these head phones for 5 days and absolutely hated this product my ear was sore from discomfort they were swollen quality was okay just not for me, and would not recommend any body to buy.

    Worst Product Ever. Bought in September. Sent unopen overseas. Took 2 months to arrive, Then left to right won't pair together. Costumer service was no help at all. DO NOT BUY!!!

    I really wanted to give these headphones 5 stars, and they do come close. The things that I struggled with were taking calls/the microphone and the control buttons on the headphones. When I got a call, I attempted to answer the phone and use the headphones to talk. However, the call switched from my headphones to my phone and the headphones seemed turned off instead. After the call, I got up from my desk at work to go talk to someone and found that the microphone on the headphones seemed to be stuck on. Every time I talked, I could hear my own voice echoing through the headphones. That was really weird. I actually had to take them out and put them back in the case to essentially reset them. I'm hoping that was just a quirk and won't be an ongoing issue as it's only happened the one time. These headphones have touch buttons, you don't actually push a button but tap instead. Double tap the right one to play/pause music, one tap on the right to turn the volume up and one tap on the left to turn it down. There are a variety of other controls as well. In theory, I love the idea of this, it should be quick and easy. The problem is, if you're even a little off center when you tap, it won't register. I also have long hair and had to push my hair out of the way every time I wanted to play/pause or adjust the volume because the buttons wouldn't work otherwise. I was kept trying to pause my music and it either wouldn't do anything or I turned the volume way up. I know I had a lot to say about some of the issues, but honestly, I can work with them. I've never had an easier time syncing the Bluetooth on my phone. I was ready to go in less than 30 seconds. The sound is pretty decent (especially when you consider the price point), and they're super comfortable and secure. I also LOVE the case that these come in. The charging cable is built right in so you don't have to carry it separately and it plugs right into any USB port (like in a computer or wall adapter). The cord is obviously really short, but the convenience makes that totally doable. These are still a FANTASTIC set of headphones when you consider the price. The overall quality (especially the charging case) is great, and you absolutely cannot beat that price for true wireless headphones.

    I bought them and have barely used them because the sound is just to low for me. Everything else is good the charging the case is really nice but ill soon be exchanging them for better sound quality.

    Left Earbud gave out

    My brother bought this for himself, but he complains that the left earbud feels like it died out, he plans on returning this item to get another but I am not sure what he intends to replace it with.

    Only one side worked on mine and I couldn’t get a refund cause my 15 days to return to Best Buy ran out.so now we have to send it to the manufacturer. To get it fixed.

    The sound is okay, but the battery power does not last and they are so uncomfortable. These keep falling out of my ear. I went back to my old headphones.

    A bit bulky for my ears, the right earphone does extremely fast (30m to an hr) even after I leave it charging for the whole day.

    Lasted 2 mths. Charging stopped in right ear which controls everything. Wouldn't recommend! Hoping to return to manufacture. Best Buy warrants only 15 days.
