This is my first pair of wireless earbuds. I love these. I use the memory foam covers. The volume is kind of low so I have to turn it all the up almost. Also, you have to use both earbuds to use all the features.

these failed to work even though brand new and charged overnight. The lights did not function as the instructions say, the touch buttons were non-responsive, they would not pair. Nothing. they are worthless bricks.

I wanted wireless ear buds both for listening to music but for use at work as well managing calls. These ear buds fit great, comfortable and secure at the same time. My music sounds great, and phone calls have nice clarity on both ends. Time will tell how they hold up, but both the ear buds and the charging case appear to be well constructed. Although it will take some practice getting comfortable with the touch controls, they seem to work as indicated and provide a good range of functions. Everything I need at a very nice price.

These headphones are great and an excellent value. I bought them almost a year ago and they are still going strong. I use them when I travel, workout and just want to watch movies on my computer. My biggest worry before buying them was the Bluetooth connection and any latency. Well, I can report that I have not had any issues. So happy with my purchase and I believe you will be too!

Pretty sad these didn't live up to everything they're noted to do. When I first got these I thought they were perfect. However soon after I started having a bunch of problems. My left earbud randomly turns off mid play, The play/pause function has become almost impossible to use. The microphone works intermittently. The most disappointing part is they're supposed to have a 6.5 hour charge, but after 2-2.5 hours I'm getting the low battery warning. Only good things are that the charging case is solid, and that the overall sound from these are great when both buds decide to work. Just a shame they don't fully work as advertised

I wish I could keep these - I got them because they're cheaper than AirPods, but even with the smallest tip, they're much too large for my ears and fall out. Gonna have to return them.

I have purchased the same product previously and due to the problem of battery, I got the new product as a replacement. The attendance was so good and promptly proceeded the replacement. Now it’s all right!

Nice ear pods. They stay in quite well and I have very small ears and alot of these kind will not stay in right but these do. And wonderful sound.

I got these thinking they were going to be a waste of money. The sound quality is amazing and the automatic connection as soon you get the right ear bud out.

I received a brand new unit but the be aware Audio feature was defective. The defect is noticeable in the left earbud. When the BAA feature is turned on, the left earbud squeals like the way a mic and speaker feedbacks sounds. Piercing and painful experience. As long as don't turn on the BAA feature , it works great. I like the sound quality, out of the box using the Jlabs Signature sound. I like the you need not need your smartphone to adjust the SQ of the earphones. And rush you can control a lot of functions using touch control. I'm returning it tomorrow for either a replacement or to completely change it with a different brand. Too bad what i got was a lemon. I'll update my review of i get a working replacement.

Wow, I must have gotten a bad pair Terrible echo Buds does not fit or seat well in the ear I couldn't get past the echo to keep them long enough without taking them back to fully test.

Got these buds expecting good things after reading all the good reveiws but once i got them i tried to turn them on and only the right side worked. After doing some more research on google i quickly found out that the problem is more common than it should be and is a charging issuse with the individual ear bud. Very dissapointed and will not be purchasing another pair. If i could leave less than one star i would.

Bought these today and out of the box nothing but issues. The right ear bud would not charge or work so i was unable to pair it with my phone so I am not sure as to the sound quality. Called customer support and after a 25 min wait just decided to hang up. Only reason they aren't being returned tonight is because Best Buy closed at 6pm

I purchased these in October and they were great for 30 days. Now they are constantly having connection issues and cutting in and out. Due to thinking this product would last more than 30 days, I no longer have the receipt so Jlabs customer service will not help. I guess I will be smarter next time and not waste my money on a junk off brand.

Only connect when it wants to. Very inconsistent. I see that some people have no issues but I have some regularly. Very frustrating. It says connected, but then it says please connect??

Very good bluetooth. The distance on the bluetooth is not great but otherwise its very good, well rounded device

Terrible, don't throw your money away, no sound quality, battery life, or clear connection.

I bought these and they worked great... for about 2 weeks before one of the ear buds stopped working. I got them replaced under their warranty and when the new pair arrived the left ear bud wouldn't turn on or connect to anything. JLab then refused to replace this pair or help in anyway. Don't waste your money on a product that's never going to work.

Folks,realize that if you buy a Jlab product and need support, be prepared to spend all day holding on the phone with endless and repetitive happy talk about how great they are
