    I purchased 3 week ago and the head phones do not sink or play. Talked to the company and the service was a bit of a let down. I'm not a fan of the price if I have to buy more in less then a month.

    I bought one and the left earphone never worked! I contacted jlab they gave me a credit, I bought again directly from them, and nevee work!

    If they don't sound good none of the cool features matter. Disappointed in my purchase of these. Hope I'm able to return them try something different.

    Battery no good

    Battery does not last 30 minutes always goes. Instructions says 30 hours. I want to exchange or refund
