Good product and the sound is really good quality.

Just bought this earbuds for my friend as a gift and it refuses to go full charge. Two days now and it’s still on one light. Can someone please help to understand why this is so, and have anyone else incur this issue?

The left side earbud is no longer charge and work after just 2 weeks of use. Also, the volume is very low compared to my old skullcandy earbuds.

terrible quality one vibrates at medium volume. I immediately returned and just went with the apple ear pods.

It lasted 5 days beyond the return period and the left bud stopped working. They haven't been used much but while I can get by with one, that was pretty quick for a malfunction for a little used product.

I just purchased these Jlab about a month ago and so far so good. I previously owned the Jabra elites. The sound quality of Jlab is not quite a clear but for a 3rd of the price you cant beat them.

The sound on these earbuds were just too low.the multipoint on the earbuds worked outstanding moving between 2 phones.but I returned them cause of the low volume

Bought new. Would not charge out of the box. Would not recommend.

So so one side works. Doesnt charge well. Unreliable

The sound quality is not as good as I would’ve expected. It just sounds like a loud clock radio.m in your ear. They also don’t fit snug, They easily slip out of the ears

for some reason these earbuds were unreliable meaning they would randomly disconnect eventhough fully charged and within range

One of the earbuds stopped working within a few weeks. Manufacturer asked me to send a picture of the ear bud submerged in water prior to issuing a replacement. Such a ridiculous request.

Will not disconnect from phone when I put ear buds in case the extra rubber pieces don’t fit in case when put in designated place.

The low rating is not due to poor sound quality but the fact that both airbuds do not play at the same time. This problem is noted online by multiple users. I have tried the recommended "fix", but it has not worked. The enclosed instructions to troubleshoot are useless. Would not recommend buying.

I wanted to get my son some headphones that would break the bank but work great. I bought these on Black Friday and he uses them all the time. He says they work great too. Easy to connect

Absolute garbage. They just died less than a year of usage. The holding case is not charging. After plugging it for hours, only one indicator light blinks and the earbuds don't charge at all. Don't waste your money,

Jlab as a company is quite consistent at this price-point and this one delivers as well. The looks and the fit are all good and the buds do everything as desired. There are plenty of companies that do not do the easy stuff so easily, like simple manuals or instructions. I am tech savvy but I worry about the many who appreciate instructions to get them going. The package comes with illustrations that tell you how to increase volume and some of the other functions as well and I commend Jlab for doing that. One may not always like downloading apps to control your buds as our phones are all heavy with apps anyway. Now, if you do download the app, you can easily fiddle with the equalizers and enjoy the preset settings. The sound quality right off the bat is very good. The high and middle notes are wonderful and with me listening to podcasts so often, I don't miss the heavy bass. The vocals are very crisp and this is coming from someone who has reviewed ear buds at much higher price levels. Battery is superb. It takes between 1.5-2 hours to charge the set and the buds in the case, respectively and each bud is supposed to hold charge for 9 hours. The case has about 16 hours of charge. So the battery performance is astounding. The fit is great for me right out of the box and there are more bud options in the case. The only two downsides for me is that it is just everyday water-proof so no over exposure to water (like in a shower or pool) and the charging cable that is part of the case (this is not really a downside but more of a personal preference). While it takes away the need for a separate USB-C cable, it will need a USB-A port for you to plug it in. So if you want to charge it through your computer or a wall outlet that allows that type of charging. It might actually be helpful particularly if you charge in this way anyway. The other observation I had was that the bud does not pause play if you remove them from your ears as the company says. Maybe , it is just my pair but this is not a deal breaker at all anyway. Overall, a very good product at an excellent price. Highly recommended.
