In the past I’ve had jbuds and the biggest reason has mostly been the price. The cool thing about the jbudsair pro for me is 9 hours of play time (plus 27 that the case provides). But the 9 hours are huge if you are a jogger and fitness motivated and need the ear buds ready to go all day. That is one thing that has frustrated me with my older Gen 2 Apple pods is sometimes the battery is lacking (but they are also a lot older too)… Still love Apple products not a critique of them. Back to the JBuds, they come with the charging case, three sets of gel ear tips a set of Cush fins. Sound quality is good, lacking a little on the bass as compared to my apple Gen 3s. Fit is excellent, and that in part is because of the quality of the gel ear tips which I really like a lot. When I job I’ve not had any issue with them falling out so they are a lot more secure then my apple ones. There is a be aware mode which I personally don’t use or like using but can be very useful if you are in a area that is more dangerous and need to listen to external sounds. Overall very good product from JLab.

Terrible. Sound quality is like an old transistor radio. I'm looking for a modern sound that includes bass tones. This was very tinny and poor quality.

Had problems connecting. The product could have been defective.

I bought them to take calls but the people in the other side says they heard me far.

They do not have a good seal and do not fit well in the ear.

My husband and l could not keep ear buds in our ears even using the smallest ear bud! We returned .

For the price, great buds. They are a kittle tinny, but overall, good value for the money paid.

JLAB has done it again with another amazing set of earbuds. I have been a long-time fan of the JLAB line of earbuds. I have had many different pairs over the years and I absolutely love them. Right out of the box they are pretty much ready to pair and start listening. Literally you can be up and running in a few minutes! They come in a nice hard case which also doubles as a charger. There is also an attached USB cable on the bottom so you never have to worry about not having a charging cable because it’s built in! The case also has a battery inside of it so when you are not using your earbuds, you just put them in the case and the case will charge them even if the case isn’t plugged in (as long as the battery in the case is charged) That means you can listen longer…a LOT longer! Seriously, these things seem to last forever before I have to plug them in to charge. As far as sound quality goes, I think you would be hard pressed to find a better sounding set of earbuds at this price range. They have nice rich bass as well as good mids and highs for a nice balanced sound. There is also tons of controls on the earbud so you don’t have to fumble around with your phone. Just by tapping either earbud in a certain pattern you can raise or lower the volume, skip to the next track, answer and hang-up phone calls, and even change the EQ. I find this works very well, except in the winter if you are wearing a hat or anything that covers your ears. That can sometimes trigger unwanted things to happen. You can add or disable any of the functions in the app though, so its very customizable! They are not noise canceling earbuds, but they do a great job of blocking out a lot of unwanted outside noise. They also have this cool feature called be-aware that will actually play outside noises through the earbuds so you can hear your surroundings as well as whatever you are listening to. This is great if you need to hear what’s going on in your surroundings. I found this works great, unless it’s a really windy day or doing an activity like riding a bike. Then the wind noise can be a little overpowering. Overall, this is another very solid set of earbuds from JLAB. IF you are looking for a great, budget friendly set of earbuds, check these out, or any other earbuds in the JLAB line. You wont be disappointed!

Like the bass response when listening to music. Microphone should be more sensitive.

It was purchased as a Xmas gift so I don't know yet but we shall see! I'll be back.

Very bad sound quality and doesnt help to talk on the phone

I am always happy to put a JLab product on or in this case in my ears. These are no exception. First, the packaging is secure and feels quality right from the start. I was also happy to find that my unit came fully charged and even had safety tabs to remove to energize the ear buds. As a "charging freak" I am always plugging my devices in to get a full charge and am usually impatient to get a new product at 100% before I use if for the first time. So, I was delighted that they come truly ready to use. My box also included several adapters for your ear canal so you are very likely to find a set that fit properly. Out of the box they were a perfect fit for yours truly. They are also very light weight and for exercising or doing chores around the house they are super comfortable. Although they are not noise canceling the fit is secure and does hold out the majority of ambient sound. They also have a setting that allows that ambient sound through which is great for times that "zoning out" is not safe or desirable. As for sound quality, I would say that they produce a crisp pleasing sound. Bass is somewhat limited though there is a EQ setting to boost it. Using that setting seems to muddle the rest of the sound spectrum a little so I usually just listen in "regular" mode. Don't get me wrong, this is totally enjoyable just don't expect the same performance of something in the $200 price range. For this reason if I, for some reason, lost one I wouldn't get all upset as they are very reasonably priced especially for what you get. Of the many features the most useful is the ability to pair more than one device such as your computer and phone. You can easily switch back and forth for calls or listening to computer audio. This is a feature some of my more pricy units do not have. Finally, I love that the charging cable is attached to the charging case. I am constantly shuffling around trying to figure out if I need a USB C or micro cable, where is the darn thing, gads I must have it somewhere... you get the picture. In this case you have as part of the device a "naked" version of a USB A cable. This is the most universal type of plug and I cannot imagine that I would ever have a problem getting some juice when I need it.

Like the small size and came with enough accessories to fit all ear sizes. Easy to change volume when listening to music or talking with a cell phone. Is a breeze to answer calls and the other side is clear and can hear clearly without much outside noise. A good ear bud for the price. Directions that the ear buds came with made it very easy to pair with a phone. The packaging of the product was very good and protected the ear buds and accessories to not be defected. Being an individual that likes ear buds in black that is the color of these buds. I found it simple to hang up on a phone call ended. Skipping songs when listening to music was easy just a tap is needed. Once I had the ear buds fitted for my ears they stayed in comfortably and do not fall out even when a brisk walk or doing yard ward like mowing and edging the lawn. When doing the lawn with gas powered mower was still able to hear the music and was able to hear my phone ring and was able to not miss the call. Overall this is a quality ear bud.

Talk time is about 24 minutes, i gave this as a gift to my friend, but it did not work as mentioned in the talk-time 4-5 hours.

They're okay for listening to a podcast but the sound quality is not great. They are horrible for talking on the phone. Also, they constantly fall out of my ears even after I tried to adjust the size. The only way I can keep them in is by wearing them with the speaker pointed up and with a hat on to secure them in my ears. You get what you pay for.

This is my review of the JLab JBuds Air Pro True Wireless Earbuds and rate them 4 out of 5 stars. My first impression was strong. Very efficient packaging with a Quick Start Guide, the earbuds in a charging clamshell case, and a pair of Cush Fins and Ear tips to offer better fitting options. The built-in USB charger is super convenient to have, but the 2-inch length is annoying, as it creates a dangling situation when you use a wall mounted charging port. I actually didn’t need the extra accessories, as the earbuds fit me perfectly out of the box. Of all the earbuds I’ve tried, these are far and away the most comfortable and secure. The audio performance was solid. It was nice to listen to music while actively moving around and retaining a good constant sound quality. When I used the earbuds for a phone call, I was told my voice volume was low. I could hear the caller just fine, but they said I sounded distant as if talking far away from the mic. After performing a firmware update to address the mic issue, the mic did increase in its gain, but still fell a little short. I suggest JLab to review the mic one more time to give it the extra boost it needs. Following the Quick Start Guide, I scanned the QR code. It was a sluggish response and then I was asked to redirect to the North America site. Once there, I found and selected my earbuds and found something similar to the Quick Start Guide. The odd thing about the packaging and guides, was there was no reference to the JLab Sound App ONLY the JLab Store and Burn-in Tool! The only reason I remembered to download a sound app was due to my prior use of a JLab earbud some two years prior. I consider this a big miss for someone new to the brand. The tapping function was very hit and miss for me. I would double tap to pause but it would think I tripled tapped or did the tap and hold, so I would get the wrong functions happening. I hoped it was just a learning curve on my part but I never got it working consistently. So I tended to make adjustments directly via the app instead. Because I use earbuds primarily for music and these fit so well and play so nicely, I’m happy with them. But others who need more reliance on the earbud tapping function for important phone calls, might want to think twice and just use the JLab App instead.

These ear buds fit the bill. I like the way the fit and the sound is pretty good. For the price I couldn’t have asked for much more.

I have had several Jlab products. They are always are great pickups. I had been using the Jlab Go Air Pop for about a year. These are just slightly bigger, but they still are super comfortable and have very good sound quality. I think the slightly larger size helps with the bass. These include an app that is a nice option. You can choose your controls and switch several options with the app. I highly recommend these.

Great volume does not cancel out back ground noise
