Overall this product is great and functions perfectly for what I needed. Something lightweight for the gym that doesn't fall out easily. Gave it a 5 star rating though I wish the sound quality was better but have to keep in mind they arent over the ear headphones so the the sound is different.

I love these earbuds.... they are comfortable and very secure...sound is great and it holds a charge for days!! Very happy with this purchase.

I got these earphones after another pair of in-ear headphones really hurt my ears. These are comfortable and the sound is great. Best of all, I hardly notice they are in my ears. If I wear them for several hours at a time, there is one spot on my ear that starts to get sore, but I rarely have them in my ears that long. For regular wear, they are comfortable.

Good sound quality. Comfortable to wear and they stay put while active. A little difficult to get situated while wearing glasses but not too bad.

Bought these headphones for my wife and she loves them. They have great sound quality, they fit well (which was an issue with other brands), good battery life and very user friendly.

Two points about these ear buds. First, I use them when I go on walks and listen to audio books. I do not listen to music with them. Second, my two ear canals are different from each other. I have had problems with my right ear bud falling out quite often. I have tried all of the different sizes that came with them and also tried soft rubbery ones that I bought separately. No good with any of them. With these, there is absolutely no problem with the ones that came installed. I love these. I didn’t give them 5 stars because I can’t rate them listening to music. For my needs, these are 5 stars.

fits well. the little foam ear pieces are the best at blocking out the outside noise. decent volume and range.

JLab earphones are long lasting and at a great price. Fits snuggly in the ear.

I am happy with these buds but I wish they were louder and easier to control. All in all, I would buy again if needed. Comfortable on and in the ear and excellent battery life.

Jlabs arw awesome. Very sleek design. Comes with different size ear buds to get the perfect fit. The noise cancellation is amazing. I wear one at a time. Wearing both, I do not hear a thing. Works ok for me. When one dies. I get the other. Though I have to say, im still figuring how to operate this. It works by tapping.

I recently needed a new pair of wireless ear pieces for working out, bike ride etc. I didn’t want to break the bank so I went to Best Buy to check out in person. I stumbled across these and said I’ll give them a try. Let’s just say I’m glad I did. This was another great purchase from Best Buy. It’s easy to connect to your phone and the charger case is pretty cool. I’ve had them for a week now and wear for about an hour every other day and the battery is still fine. I will definitely recommend this product

After years of having Bluetooth headsets that were attached with wires, I absolutely love these. Was skeptical at first about using them because of their size (meaning losing them) but since I started using them I wish I would have switched sooner. Great sound and they last a long time. The best part is when you are done using them, you put them back in the case (which double as a charging dock) and they are safe and secure The only drawback is the controls, volume up/down, skip track, etc are a little tough to remember and complete.

Not bad. The sound is decent for the price. Battery lasts like 4 hours of continuous use. They charge pretty fast and the charging port stays with battery for a long time.

Very comfortable, charging with the case is very convenient. Battery life seems very good so far. Spend some time learning how to use the touch sensors, once you know the difference between one/two/three taps on each side, it makes sense but takes some getting used to. Not a huge fan of the 'be aware' mode, as it actually picks up and amplifies noises around you; seems just as easy to keep the volume low when you need to be aware of surroundings. Once you go truly wireless, you will never go back!

So many features on these ear buds. Study the owners manual before you use them. Love them so far, sound great, no discomfort while wearing for extended periods of time.

I use these for listening to TV, podcasts, or radio. The work great. Secure on my ear, good sound quality, easy to pair and operate. Recharge is easy and lasts 5 days with hours of use.
