The sound is good could use more bass. They stay on the ear good but I find if your using just one for the phone it could be louder. If your in a place with people yelling around you, you have to go where it is a little less noisy to hear. If your walking or in a car it is fine. So far so good I would recommend this to anyone.

So far these headphones have been pretty good. Plus side of them is they are comfortable, they stay in my ear during work outs, battery life is good and they have easy to use features. I love how they automatically sync with my phone when I pull them out of the case and then unsync when I put them in the case. Downsides are the first pair I bought the right headphone touch sensor would not work and I had to return them. Also the sound quality is not the best but it isn’t really bad either. Just kinda average. The volume isn’t great either. I pretty much listen to them at max or one click down from max just so I don’t have to hear my gyms crappy music. Overall I’d say they are totally worth the money and I’m pleased with them so far. I work out with them 4-5 days a week and I’ve had them for about 4 weeks so we’ll have to see how long they last.

Comfortable fit. The battery lasts longer than i thought it would. Charger is not long so it hangs awkwardly on plug. The sound quality is very good but i wish it was able to give a little more volume.

I got these headphones for use at the gym, which is why I wanted the around-the-ear loop. I've had them for a couple of months and they have proven to be an excellent value. The sound quality is very good, and they are comfortable. They connect seamlessly and automatically with my device whenever they are removed from the case, and it's nice that the case acts as a charger so they are always ready to go for the next time. Even if you have higher-end earbuds, these would be great as a second pair.

Set-up was extremely easy. I'm disappointed that they don't come with a wall plug adapter (since all aren't the say as far as voltage and ohms). The three balance levels are really different and only one of the sounds good (the JLABS proprietary balance level, whatever that call it). Ear buds stay in well, though they shift when I look up and I lose a lot of bass (proximity to ear drum I guess), but is fine when I bring my head back to natural position. Charge last quite a while. The "be aware" function isn't great. When it is on, I can't tell that more ambient sound is coming in, but when anything touches the buds, you hear EVERYTHING! (meaning the scratching and friction against the buds). So it's pointless to use that feature. Overall, not bad if you don't want to Shell out over $100 for buds.

I'm very pleased with these. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because the bass is not very strong at all. The battery life is great. I've used them several times for the gym and when turned back on I still had a full battery (after about 2 hours usage). I charged them anyway, just in case. I like that the charger is part of the storage unit so I don't need another cable. I can live with less bass if the cost savings is so great (think what Beats cost and then you'll understand what I mean). I recommend these fully. Ease of use is a bit difficult for me...I guess there is a learning curve to know how many times to press which each headset to get them to do what you want.

Battery life really good, (5 hours) the case will auto charge the buds then shut off, I changed the case about 3 weeks ago and when I open the lid, the battty is still full in the case, it will top off the buds when u close the case the leds will b blue when charging the buds, (3 levels) and white to show the charge level in the case, very easy to understand! Love the sound, there are 3 built eq settings, I prefer the JLAB signature for best deep bass and crisp treble, the volume level is fairly loud also! The touch commands are a little finicky, but u get used to them after a while.. these are a keeper! Also make sure u use the size cushion for ur ear size for best seal and sound.. and there is a “be aware” mode which allows to u hear outside surroundings..

I guess You can call Me a "Headphone Addict", being I currently own about 60 different pairs of Headphones whether they be In, Out, Around, Earbuds, Wireless, Wired. Waterproof, etc, etc. Each one is a different experience and sound which most people can't understand or appreciate unless You can't live without Music, and enjoying it through a good set. JLAB has always been in My top 5 Brands of Headsets. Some products may seem cheaply made or to some, not worthy to be up there with the likes of BOSE, JBL, JABRA, SONY, SAMSUNG, JAYBIRD, PLANTRONICS, to name a few. But I have to give credit where credit is due. JLAB is a very consistent company who seems to always be striving to produce products that are affordable but always making it a point to never lose that JLAB signature sound no matter how affordable it is. I recently picked up a pair of the Air Sport True Wireless In Ear Headphones. At first I was dissappointed and found them to be a little tiny and lacking that JLAB Signature sound. Simple mistake on My part being I didnt realize there were 3 options for the EQ simply by tapping the left Bud 3x to switch to "Balanced, Bass Boost, or the one and only JLAB Signature sound"! Long story short.........once I had it on the JLAB Signature sound EQ option all My worries and concerns of returning them vanished. Aside from the JLAB Signature sound that I can't get enough of, these are so convenient as they automatically connect to your Bluetooth once you take them out of the Case. They are durable, fit as snug as you want them to be, and sometimes I get nervous thinking they may have fell out because they don't hurt My ears at all after hours of consecutive use. I'll go as far as to put the sound they produce right up there with the BOSE true wireless, JBL Free, JABRA 65t, Samsung Ear Buds, etc...... I'd easily pay $100.00 for these without question, and being that JLAB knows there product kicks ace, and offers them at a pricepoint affordable to all consumers, makes Me have a great deal of respect and interest in there company and what products will be offered next!!! Can't go wrong with these, they have it all in one small affordable package. Take away the affordable and they are still an excellent set!! Way to go JLAB!!

    Worst earbuds I've ever used.

Quality & Feel: I think they did just fine here. The quality of everything feels pretty darn sturdy, the charging case seems well made and I like that they used magnets to hold them in. Sound: Meh. That's all I can say. The only EQ worth using is balanced. These do NOT handle treble very well, it's very harsh and tinny. The bass is alright but the seal you get on these is trash and i'll explain that next. The bass boost option extends too high and drowns out the other frequencies. Fit & Comfort: Awful. Absolutely awful. Whoever designed these, have never used a proper pair of IEM before, otherwise they would have never designed these to be so bad. I included a picture up against my RHA T10. Regardless that I paid 3 time the amount of those, the simple design isn't something that'd cost JLab any extra money, it's just pure incompetence. The tube itself you can see on my RHA extends out further. This allows you to actually push the silicone in further for a better seal, especially using the dual cone style which is superior IMO to the ones they give you. So with a shorter tube on the Jlab, now you have to push it in even deeper but again, look at the RHA, the base before the tube is even narrower so it's not going to hurt your ears. I wore these for an hour and felt like someone punched the inside of my ears. Even the Jaybirds I used to have weren't this bad. The USB cable on the bottom is....it could have done better. It's so short that there's no decent way to charge it unless you buy a USB extension, otherwise you just have this pod that kinda...dangles...wherever you plug it into which won't be good for the cord. I don't have anything wireless charging so I can't comment on that. The dual connect was useless. Every time I turned my car on it would disconnect my buds from my phone. Then I had go back into bluetooth devices and reconnect them. The touch controls actually worked pretty well, but they don't tell you that it's not a fast tap on anything. More like 1 missi 2 missi 3 of a speed. Once you figure that out it works really well. Overall. Look elsewhere. These aren't comfortable and they sound like butt.

I really liked these buds. Super comfortable and secure. These things don’t budge. My issue came around the 3rd time wearing them. I wear them on the treadmill and get after it pretty good with a good sweat. They started to seem like they were shorting out and making some odd noises. Got glitchy. It went away but happened again so I had to return. Maybe I just got a bad pair but decided to try a different brand. If using these for casual workouts, they are nice. A little more volume potential would have been nice as well.

After years of trying out various ear buds I finally found one with great sound, super comfortable, easy to control and you won't break the bank. I saw they do have a ANC version of these but I am very happy and get excellent battery life. I also forget I'm even wearing them!

These ear buds are simply great. Easy to pair and charge, fit comfortably when using the rubber adapters that fit may ear sizes, deliver good sound and are easy to care for. The charging box is elegant and has charge indication while the ear buds are charging. The battery delivers around 10-12 hours of use between charges. Only thing I suggest is for JLab to provide additional colors. White and black are not enough

They work well, and JLab is a good company. Just be aware that they may mess with some glasses designs. These were bought for my BF but I use them because they push his glasses up. Otherwise great sound quality. Fit snugly enough to jog in. Are hardy enough to survive several falls onto a hard floor. 8/10

In many ways these earphones are pretty amazing. they have the perfect fit for my ears, I am definitely a fan of the ear hook design it makes the earbuds super secure that you barely feel them and they never fall out. Sometimes I wore these headphones for long time until the battery dies. the signature and bass boost sound EQs are my favorite, the bass boost EQ sounds like Sony's Extra Bass signature sound and provides maximum bass. That six hour claim it's pretty good on the ear buds add around 50% volume and at around 80% to max, the battery lasts for 5 1/2 hours. the minor cons are 1. the be aware feature is not the best, I can barely understand what people are saying. At least there's another solution to that is alternate one ear bud at a time while having one ear open. 2. minor con is that I wish JLab would include a carrying pouch. despite the charging case being a little bulky. 3. Some times The touch sensors doesn't register to touch. But Overall they deliver on the $70 tag.

A good replacement for Plantronics BackBeat Fit

I've been using a set of Plantronics BackBeat Fit headphones for the past three years, and the charger port finally gave out. I figured now might be the time to try True Wireless, and I have not been at all disappointed. Not having a band behind my head is a luxury I didn't figure I needed, but I did. The first time you try True Wireless, I think you'll say the same. But...what about *this* pair of True Wireless headphones? You will read several reviews that ding the JBuds Air Sports for not having very good sound. I bought these to use while walking and running, and I figure if you're that concerned about the quality of sound when you're running, you should probably speed up. That said, I certainly do not think that the JBuds sound worse than the BackBeat Fit. In fact, with the actual in-ear part, I believe they sound a bit richer. I will say that I'm not what should be called an audiophile, but I certainly don't feel that the JBuds fail in this regard. They are more than adequate for my purposes. I was concerned about having headphones in my ear again, since the big reason I bought the BackBeat Fit was because it didn't go in my ear, and therefore could not fall out. I've had this issue with many other earbuds, and I wasn't convinced things would be better with the JBuds. However, with the ear hooks, they stay in exceptionally well. In fact, I tried moving around to see if I could make them fall out, and I wasn't capable of doing it, so they certainly win on that front. The tap controls are...OK. You do have to hit the actual sensor, and that can be a challenge just walking, let alone running. Sooner or later, I learned where the sensor is, and they work well enough. I would not mind actual buttons or some kind of feedback that lets me know I've hit the sensor two times out of three. Using Google Assistant was adequate. It usually takes two tries to get that operational, but I've only used it to get the time when I didn't feel like pulling out my phone. Overall, I like these headphones. Even the charging case works really well. Everything just flows with me and I am happy with this purchase. I would recommend these headphones to runners, for sure. No floppy cord is a dream!

Work pretty good but sometimes won't turn on or connect. had to lookup on a forum how to "reset" by putting them in the case and plugging them. Seemed to fix the issue but definitely was annoying to find the solution. Also sometimes only one turns on and again have to try to do a work around to get them running. Only happens once in a while. Otherwise they fit good and have good sound and seem durable so far!

After several pairs of cheap buds that either sounded bad, broke, or both, came across these at Best Buy while they set up my new Moto G7 Play. These come with three (3) sets of ear tips and I had to work through all three before I found the set that gave the tone I want, but they work well for me. The fit is nice. Instructions are understandable. Comes with a rechargable case that will then charge the buds. I'm satisfied.

Overall a good product for the gym and running, JBuds stay in place while active. Sound is clear but could have a little higher range for the volume. Keep the case close at hand in case the bugs go into shut down mode of have difficulty pairing with the requested device. The case resets both buds when they are completely replaced into the case.
