Everything about these headphones is excellent. My only issue is the ambient noise feature isn’t really that good. It’s marketed as a great feature for runners to hear what’s going on around them while listening to music. I’ve been listening to music with it on, I can hear myself speak, and high pitches tinny noises or water running over the music but not someone standing next to me speaking. The microphone is very sensitive. I’ve been on conference calls and coworkers can hear what is going on in the house four rooms away, and outside the house clear as if it were right next to me.

These have very clear sound which I like and are simple to connect and use. The only thing I can complain about is that the ear loop pieces are a little big for my ears.

There’s been a cpl times that it lost signal while jogging . So far that’s happened during one run . All other times it’s worked great. Never falls off ear.

These earbuds work well for the price. The sound isn't outstanding, but still sound good without having to spend a ton of money on a set of earbuds.

Features work well. Three different audio settings. Headset controls work well once you memorize them. Auto quality good, not necessarily spectacular.

When I got these, I was really happy with them. Connect easily, controls are simple, sound decent, and most importantly, they are comfortable and stay put when running. However, I am now on my third pair and every time it's the same. At some point while working out one of the buds just stops working permanently. They are NOT sweat proof. I've followed every suggestion in the manual, on the website, youtube videos, etc and nothing makes it work again. I returned the first two pairs and got the exact same model again, showing how much I liked them and wanted them to work. Now the third pair died, and I'm giving up. Thankfully they have all failed within the first 3 days of owning them so they are within the 15 day return window. Very disappointing and annoying that they are fielding such a flawed product and I've wasted so much time with them. But I guess that's why they're at this price point.

Good quality, sound is great and they are perfect for running.

Husband enjoys them. The “be aware” mode is great for city walking or work. You don’t have to constantly keep taking them out.

Comfortable. Charge inside the small box where you store them. Microphone creates some enhancement of noise around me so clinging weights or other loud noises may annoy some. If you hang upside down or on a decline during your workouts, I would test them out before the return date expires. Make sure they're snug enough.

Completely noice cancelling and SUPER comfortable. They ARE a bit difficult to use, unfortunately.
