WORTHLESS. I would give this product a negative 10 if possible. Individual earbuds struggled to stay on or connect and the touchpads are so sensitive that when you try and adjust them you end up turning off the earbud, which then when turned on again, struggles to connect or announces 'low battery' (even when fully charged). I wasted a trip to BestBuy, twice as I now have to return them.

These are awesome. I wear them everyday while working to dull down environmental noise and to listen to music or audio book. The ONLY downfall is the noise cancelling. In my work environment, the noise in the background cancels my voice out as well, rendering voice call impossible.

I've bought two different styles of JLab earbuds and both going in the trash. Both have issues with one the earbuds not working after a year of light use. I've followed all instructions on resetting. I've also tried cleaning the charging areas per their website troubleshooting suggestions. Hard reset, unpairing and repairing, nothing works. This is a very common issue with this brand and very frustrating. My Shokz - OpenMove Bone Conduction Open Ear Lifestyle/Sport Headphones is going strong after two years with zero issues. I decided to buy a second one since my son has taken my current Shokz headphones to use in place of his JLab earbuds. Will not buy JLab brand again.

Have not had any issues with this item and great for working out or just chilling out.

easy to use operate and install. Sound quality is excellent

I'm still learning how to use my first pair of wireless headphones, but am really enjoying them so far. I love having them for my daily walks. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend them.

I like the way these stay on my ears whereas classic buds fall out. The sound is quite good. The "touch" control options work very well but I wish one of these was a short rewind for use with my Audble Books.

I bought these Jbuds to wear while working out, I left them on my end table one day and my wife tried them out. I never got them back. She really liked them

They are a little difficult to get in your ear, but very comfortable once in. I’ve never had Wired’s headphones with anywhere rear the battery life.

Purchased these because ear buds always fall out of my ears. The loop helps them stay in place even when I run.

Great for when Apple earbuds don't stay in! Like the gym, playing golf etc. Good cost/value too

All of these ear buds are a little difficult to work in the beginning - different commands. Once up and running, sound quality is excellent - I've used them with my iphone to watch music videos and sound is great.

Was looking for a less expensive option for wireless earbuds since newer phones don't have a jack anymore. I tired these out but they were super uncomfortable and hurt my ear after a while. Sounded ok but I did return them

I love these great quality, no issues, great sound, excellent product.

My favorite earbuds yet and ive tried many (dogs like to steal them so I have a bunch of single earbuds) So far these are the best. Sound is clear, even over lawnmower.

Great for workouts and running. Have to definitely clean them every once in awhile. Sound is great when you don't want to be toggled to a wire. Easy to connect and easy to charge. Nice product overall.
