The buds do everything as advertised. The ONLY drawback I’ve encountered is soreness behind the ears with extended use. Otherwise, very happy with the purchase.

Loved the design and fit. Sound was good enough. But the left ear kept dying. I returned and bought another pair, same issue.

I struggle with finding proper fittings for my ear pods. I absolutely love the fit and the magnifying feature is amazing.

They're nice but does not cancel out the outside noise. Battery life is descent. Love the fact that they are sweat proof. Also they don't have an off button so they will stay linked to the device if you don't turn the blue tooth off on your device.

Love the design of the headphones but the sound is horrible. I have bought headphones from the dollar store with better sound quality. I am not exaggerating. I can hear outside noise when listening to the headphones on full blast. I had someone else use them to make sure I was being fair and they said it’s worse than what they thought. The other part of my experience is the return policy. I tried to tried the headphones and better a better pair and was told I was 4 days late to return. Well I was in another country for a week prior and had no way of returning. The clerk said oh well, sell them through a third party site. So that sucked. Now I am stuck with this inadequate pair of headphones.

These buds are the BOMB! It was easy to connect to my phone. You just leave them in the case and they charge. Take them out and they automatically connect. The sound quality is good.

These ear buds are great! The sound doesn't go too high and that sometimes is a bummer but over all, they're pretty darn good.

Great for Music and not so much for voice calls except when wearing both. If you want to wear only one at a time only the right piece will work. I usually use only one, when the charge runs out I will have to stop and recharge.

Wasnt expecting much from these as ive never used this brand before but they work great for what i need them for while i run or workout!

I am very impressed by the audio quality. I will admit that the tapping of the headset to activate certain phone features is a bit cumbersome. That's the one thing I don't like.

I really like this Best Buy store! The associates are always friendly & helpful. I do wish the store had a better variety of Gift cards though; especially Visa and Master Card gift card options.

I bought them for myself but Wifey said they work better for her and iphone friends.

The headphones have great connection. My only issue with these is that they don’t get very loud and at the loudest setting sound like they’re struggling to produce the loud sound clearly.

Best Bluetooth headset, battery life good the box it comes chargers them and has self charging but you will have to charge too

I love these headphones, I think the quality is equal to AirPods without the price tag. This is my second pair because my boyfriend liked them so much and took my old pair.

Good audio quality and comfortable, but the loop stretches and becomes loose over multiple uses. I constantly have to readjust the headset and many times it has fall
