Stay in my ears while working

I wanted these to use for work both for phone calls and listening through my phone to music or podcasts They stay in the ear just fine Sound quality isn’t great, phone calls are nearly unintelligible and these are useless to use to talk while driving can’t understand whomever is on the other end of the line at all. They are just fine for podcasts or talk radio so-so for music. I use my AirPods when not working and they sound much better.if I hadn’t bought these only to use for work I’d have returned them.
