Poor sound and no good driver for JLab

The driver on the phone does not work at all. The sound even after breaking in sounds tinny. I purchased them because they will stay in my ears. Ear buds always fall out. I actually put a piece of thread between my other lost ear buds so when they fall out, they hang around my neck.
