My primary use would be for working out. Getting them connected to my nano each time proved to be frustrating...on 2 occasions i left the gym because I couldn't get them connected. The 2nd time I tried everything and nothing worked. I called JLab customer service for assistance and after trying 2 specific things they determined that I should make a warranty claim. I don't trust mail in warranty claims, not to mention it will take two weeks to process and send me a new pair. But I have to do something. But the thing that really got under my skin was that I tried taking them back to the store and they would not do an even exchange. NOT COOL. I owned them for 34 days at that point and used them less than a handful of times. Even the manufacture indicated that I got a bad pair. I really thing that BB needs to update their return policy. Your 15 day policy is ridiculous. That is hardly any time to really get true use out of anything. If the manufacture states it is no good people should be able to provide proof to do an even exchange. Someone could go on vacation for 15+ days the day after their purchase and can't return it in time and they are stuck with something that never worked.
