These wireless headphones workout so much better that muly recent ones!!!

We will have to take them back. My wife initially liked them the first time she tried them, but the left ear bud appears to be defective. It looks like it charges, but never has sound.

I’ve had these for about two months and I haven’t had a single problem with these. The only thing that I would point out is that after a few hours of wearing them, they can begin to become kind of uncomfortable. But this problem happens across virtually all earbuds so I wouldn’t worry about it much.

These 'true wireless' earbuds have a nice balanced sound and are very simple to use. The sound is clean and balanced, with three pre-set EQ settings: balance, signature and more bass. The signature setting provides more 'body' to the sound without adding much bass. The earbuds are fairly lightweight and remain comfortable in the ear. They come with three sizes eargel, and an optional ring around the earbuds, for bigger ears, so it fits tight. I didn't need to use these. When the earbuds are taken off the case, they automatically turn on and they turn back off again in the case. They support Bluetooth 5.0 so pairing with a newer phone (Like iPhone 8 or newer) will have better connection and longer battery life. There is one button on each earpiece. Pressing either left or right changes the volume. Long press for next/prev. two clicks on the left for play/pause, and call control and phone assistant (Siri or Google) with two presses on the right. Three presses select one of the EQ settings. The earbuds will announce each EQ setting so there is no confusion. Each earbud has a small light that's either blue or white depending on the status. That's about it. There are no extra controls and there is no app to install on the phone. Doesn't get much simpler than this for this type of headphones. The case is also very simple and practical. When the case is opened, three small lights indicate the charge level. There are magnets inside the case that keep the earbuds secured in charge position. The earbuds last between three and four hours per charge, and the case holds about three more charges. It has a very practical, albeit short USB charging cable built into the case, so no more lost cables. It charges from either a computer's standard USB connector or a standard USB charger. Calls: There is a single microphone on the right earpiece and phone calls can only be heard from the right. So calls work but this is not what it's made for. The earbuds are water resistant (Not submergible) but the case is not. Overall, it's very simple to use, sensibly designed and the sound is excellent for this type of earbuds. For music, it sounds as good as more expensive ones.

They sound great, but have a tendency to fall out your ear if you bend over.

ONE MONTH REVIEW AFTER IN-STORE PURCHASE Before buying these jlabs true wireless earbuds, I did alot of research before going into bestbuy to purchase them. With my first wireless earbuds, I have to admit at first the volume was really quiet (with phone media volume max). Until I looked at the instructions and I had to manually turn the volume up on the right earbuds. Volume level is great! I didnt notice any difference with the built in EQ but my Android & Spotify eq settings does it justice. These earbuds are great, but the only thing I'm not the biggest fan of is the short integrated USB charging cable. I can only really use it in my car input charger, besides having it hang off a wall charger. You may want to buy an USB extension if you want to avoid that issue. I would have given this 5 stars if I can connect my own USB cable. Overall, volume level is great, quality is really good, charge time is good, no lag between the two earbuds, they fit comfortably in my ear (didn't need to use the cushion fits). I've dropped the case out of my hands, with the earbuds in them, down the concrete stairs of my apartment, it survived but with chips and scratches (durable!) Other small cons: You can only use the right earbuds for phone calls. Microphone quality works best in closed environment/rooms, such as a car. If you're on the phone, the other person will hear background noise more than your voice if you're in an open environment (such as outside, grocery store, etc). Sometimes the earbuds will go in and out (connectivity), but only lasts a second. I haven't looked up how to resolve that. For the price, it's great! And when I say for the price, I mean it could be more than what it's priced for :)

This Bluetooth headset is more better than most of the big brand names, especially when it comes in terms of receiving incoming calls. I will definitely recommend this headset to all of my acquaintances and my friends including my family.

Hurt my ears a little with extended wear. However overall pleased with the product.

They work and have great battery life but the sound quality is awful. As one who likes loud music that drowns out background noises in public, the volume all the way up on my phone barely is audible.

The case stopped charging the earbuds so now they are absolutely useless! They were a Christmas gift for my husband, but were only used/charged a few times a month (if that) and were well cared for. I kept the case on the counter (not plugged in unless charging) and my husband would use then on rare occasion and then put them back after a few hours when he was done with them. The last time that I went to charge them for him the lights didn’t light up on the case to indicate that it was charging. The had earbuds had been working fine, but when they completely died there was no way to charge them. They were very impressive upon opening and he really did enjoy them the SHORT time that they lasted, but I DO NOT recommend these!!! If they only lasted this long with occasional use I would hate to think how quickly they stop charging with regular use. If I had to guess I would say that he may have gotten about 35-40 hours of use out of them in total. Save your money and buy a different brand. I wish that I would have.

Love the little case they come in and they come in black and white! More affordable than air pods and the usb charger cord is connected to the pod the headphones come in! Also has a geek squad warranty!

Got these and from the first day until now, they have been perfect. Would definitely purchase again.

These headphones are by far not even worth a dollar . I highly recommend not buying them mines have stop charging and has the problem from the beginning but eventually stop charging after a month in these are a don’t buy. Best Buy will not except a return once they give out after a month

It's been less than two months and the left bud will not power up. I only use them at my desk and have not mistreated them in any way. I've done every version of troubleshooting I can find with no luck. I can't believe BestBuy won't let me return them.
