I purchased these earbuds back in November 2019 during Black Friday shopping event. Didn’t actually start using them until Christmas and they started to randomly disconnect from Bluetooth around March. Got them back to working shape, and now they have completely crapped out. Will not charge, pairing no longer works, battery didn’t last but a few hours when it did work, just a very poor product. I definitely would NOT recommend, a waste of money and time trying to get them to work.

At first, I thought I would have issues with these earbuds staying in my ears, I was very surprised by how securely they fit! I previously have steered clear of true wireless earbuds that did have ear loops to secure them to my head, out of fear and experience with the earbuds falling out when running, biking, or just walking around the house. The fit on these earbuds, and the 3 included tips for your ear canal, really pair up nicely to give you a solid, secure, and comfortable fit! The sound quality is good, JLAB offers 3 different equalizer settings that allow you to adjust the sound in the earbuds, the size of the case is absolutely fantastic! The carrying case is small enough to fit in pants pockets but big enough where it won't get lost in a backpack or purse, the earbuds are also held in by magnets to ensure they won't fall out of the case if it happens to open up. Extremely quick and easy setup (including instructions right on the packaging so you don't have to dig out the manual)!

There wasn't that many options when i went in on 2 different occasions to replace them . Im not happy with the new pair i feel i down graded but not by choice. Just because ive become so dependent on them for daily tasks..i just dont have time to keep having problems with the quality of phone accessories.

My greatest second pair of true wireless ear buds

Let me begin by saying these Jbuds air true wireless are much better than my previous Jam ultra true wireless buds. I love the Bluetooth 5.0 better connection & connectivity I also love the 3EQ modes on these favorite being Jlab signature EQ mode. Oh like the voice warning notifying me I am connected and what level of charge I have left . For 55.00$ these are very amazing! Didn't get these on my previous 100.00 $ Jam ultra buds. I love that I do not need to pull my phone from pocket to adjust volume, change song track and EQ mode,or answer phone. I only need to click 1 & 2 or 3 clicks. A lot of the expensive true wireless buds do not have real control clicks or touch you need to pull out your phone from pocket but not with these bad little fellows Lol! Happy They fit great in my ears no falling out and sound great using EQ . Oh don't worry about noise cancellation just volume up and use Jlab signature mode you will barely hear outside noise. But truthfully it is good to hear some noise surrounding you while outside these days just to be on the safe side these are my best true wireless buds and purchased them for the low price$ you will not go wrong. I will continue to keep my eyes & ears open for this company Jlab for future offerings

After having and going through several true wireless headphones, these by far are the best. Jaybird Runs, constant Bluetooth connectivity issues, and your device had to be on a certain side of your body to reduce the issue. However even after doing as instructed and the firmware update the issue still exists. The Bose Soundsport Free were good however they were extremely large and looked ridiculous. I also had an issue with a few pair that the left earbud simply stopped working. Also the GPS feature was a complete joke. It took forever to ring the buds and by the time you actually heard them the app would stop sending the signal. This occurred regardless if the buds were in front of me or across the room. All The Jabra's were cool but too many issues with device interference and again the bud stopped working within a few months. The JBL Free great bass but constant connectivity issues regardless if my device was on me or inline site. Enough about those let's get to these. These sound great, feel great and have all the features needed with simple wireless headphones. You don't get the locate my buds feature but you get headphones that actually work and work well. Today I went on a 4.5 mile run the buds did not shift, move or have any issues staying connected. The buds come with 3 sets of gel cushion tips and a set of cush fins which all work great. Based on the reviews I read prior to buying the buds I also purchased JLABS own Cloud Foam Earbud Tips just in case I had issues. These also can be purchased at Best Buy for $10. With both the cloud and the Silicon tips I was able to get a really good seal. When working out at the gym I did not have to turn up my Pxel 3 phone volume beyond 30-35%. The overall sound of the headphones is great to me but it all depends on your seal. The bass, treble, and mids all sound fantastic. Even at high volumes, there isn't any sort of distortion which is a plus. The case is comparable to the Jaybird Runs but in my opinion better. It has a strong magnet to ensure the buds are placed perfectly. The case also has the attached USB cable which could be a good or bad thing. The good side is it's always with you. The bad side is if the cable stops charging there is no way to recharge your buds. Overall I am satisfied with this product and would recommend it to others. I know these are $50 but I suggest spending the additional $20 and get the cloud foam eartips along with Best Buy's Geek Squad Warranty especially since the cable is integrated.

Come on down! You could be the next customer to buy this pair of very reasonably-priced decent ear buds. They aren't going to sound like the higher-end products however these do have some cool features like the charging case. Audio quality is decent. The default JLAB EQ setting (there are 3 possibilities) was the best in my opinion. Changing the EQ setting can be a bit tricky until you get the hang of it. Three brief, simultaneous button presses in rapid succession with voice alerts as to which setting you're at. They won't get as loud as I would like but you can crank up the source volume to make up for it. I did notice some discomfort in one ear after wearing them for about 45 minutes. I may have pushed them in a bit too far though. One good thing is they haven't come close to falling out like my older Plantronics bluetooth earphones did. Phone calls are easy on these too. Audio quality is good and the mic is sensitive enough that you won't have to speak louder but at the same time nobody will hear you rip one during your conversation. Overall I am happy with these based on the sale price for BF.

My wife got me a pair of these since I've been reading the reviews on various sites and YouTube. Super easy to set up, sound great and have great range. I left my Galaxy S10+ on the counter and walked out to the front of the property and no issues in 50 or so feet. I installed the cush fins out of the box and the fit is perfect for my ears with the installed medium foam ear pieces. They already had a charge so I've been listening for the last hour with zero issue. Some folks complain about the button pushing the buds into your ear more but I didn't experience it since they're as far as they can go anyways. The default audio sounds great with good bass, mids and highs. I'm not an audiophile by any stretch but to me, these sound really good. After a couple hours of using them, I'd say they're absolutely worth the price of admission. Is there any cons? Well, I suppose the case could be a bit smaller and maybe have a port to plug in a USB-C cable to charge versus the attached cord in the event something happened to it.

2nd pair I bought. Good quality, good sound for price. Only thing with time they dont stay in place when charging in case & will reconnect with phone if they move around like if you carry them in your bag/purse. Charge lasts a good amount of time & charge quickly with case. Also you need to have both buds on you if they are out of the case or else they will diconnect/lag. Right bud is the only one that will play as a single bud.

Let me start by saying, i'm not a soundphile or a music expert. I can only give you my opinion as an average shopper that took a chance. In my opinion, these are solid buds. For what you pay, you're getting sound that is pretty good. Bass is good, vocals are good. It's not gonna blow your mind but it'll be better than you might expect. They stay in ear well enough if you use the little ear thingies that comes with them as well. Battery life isn't bad also but try to keep them fully charged.

I was in the market for a pair of budget wireless earbuds for the gym since my previous pair stopped holding a charge. Saw these on sale during black Friday and decided to pick them up and glad that I did! The sound on these is pretty descent and you can even tweak the sound a bit with the built in EQ presets. The sound leans towards the bass heavy side so if that's what you prefer then you will be happy with this pair. I do wish the mids were a bit more pronounced but for the price that I bought them I'm still content with the sound. Another positive is the battery life. I use these at 80% volume and they get about 3 hours of battery life. The case provides an additional 10 hours or so. Perfect for some gym sessions. Comfort wise these are ok. I like the fact that they include some rubber rings around the ear piece so fit a little better and don't hurt as much after long periods of time like some other earphones do. These fit me fine and I'm able to get through 1-2 hours workouts without having to constantly adjust them. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend these to anyone in the market for a cheap pair of true wireless earbuds.

These are perfect! The sound quality is great, they hold a charge for longer than I’ll ever need. I love that the little case recharges them by itself, fits easily in my little purse. You can use just one of you want. They aren’t clunky in your ear. Affordable!! Absolutely no complaints.

If you are looking for some earbuds but don't want to spend $100 or more on them because you are unsure if you will use them, OR just think thats to much to spend then this Jbuds Airs are the ones for you. I purchased these because (a) Everyone else has earbuds now and (b) I wanted some to use while I walk, or shop, etc that was easy to put in and take out and sounded decent. Well these Jlabs are awesome!! They have 3 different tip sizes so you can find the ones that are perfect for you. They sound amazing!! I mean it, I was super surprised at how good they actually sound, and finally battery life is fantastic and I LOVE the little case you slip in your pocket or bag and just drop them in it when you are done and they are charging back up until next time you need them. Its nice to not have to remember when you get home, work or where ever to find a charging cable and plug your headphones up to charge them, because if you are like me you forget to charge things until you go to actually want to use them and then they are dead!! Trust me for the price get these JLabs Airs and enjoy!

I needed a new pair of wireless headphones for the gym. I had gone through two sets that were wireless, but not truly wireless. They worked fine, but the wire on my neck bothered me and they would eventually just quit working. I decided to look int the truly wireless and did a lot of research. All the pairs that I found to be good options were north of $150.00 and I just wasn't ready to spend that. I went back to Best Buy and saw the JLab for $50 and decided why not. I am very happy that I did. They look and sound beautiful. They fit in my ear perfect and I have worn them to the gym and on long air plane flights and have never had any discomfort. They sync up instantly and i have never had trouble watching NetFlix or other movies on my phone. The Sound is on Par with or better than any other earbud that I have used. I am actually a little bit of an audiophile snob, and I am just fine with these. They are plenty loud and the bass is pretty nice. I have never tried the $180 pairs, but I am just fine with these, especially for the price.

Pros: Relatively inexpensive Lots of fit options Good audio for music / podcasts Good battery life Cons: Connection is dependent on the right earpiece Right earpiece is the only one with a mic. You can use the right earpiece by itself, but not the left by itself. Phone call audio is only broadcast to the right earpiece. Buttons can be hard to push. Good value for the price if you know the limitations before you buy

I did not know what to expect, for $29.99, I thought they would not be that great, but boy was I wrong, I read and watched some reviews and all have nothing but great things to say, and I for one feel the same way. They sound great, not the most bass, but enough to know that it's there. The fit is fairly solid, if you sweat to much, the can slid out, but over all, they do the job. I tend to use these just for work, and I love them, they are super comfortable, and they eliminate enough of the surrounding noise. The charge, is amazing, I think I charge the unit once a month (Give or take). The only downfall, but not a huge deal (For me, at least), is the control on the buds, could be easier to use, and I wish it had an app, but these are definitely not a deal breakers. I really love these headphones, I am actually considering getting the wrap around ones for the gym.
