Good work out headphones

They don't go in the ear but rest outside of the ear but are plenty loud and you are able to hear your surroundings and not worry about them getting sweat in them like another pair I had

Jlab earbuds

But since I needed something so I could hear other stuff going on around me they work pretty good. They get a little uncomfortable under a winter hat. I work outside so I use them in all kinds of weather.
