I wanted to love these ear buds, but I'm kind of disappointed. This doesn't have anything to do with the quality! They're really nice looking, with a high-end feel to them. Sturdy, shiny, compact with a nice charging carrying case that lights up to let you know when they're fully charged and everything. The sound is top notch, no issues there either. They're just so big! Maybe I have small ears, but even using the smallest bud cover, they always feel like they're gonna fall out. I've usually stuck with the type of wireless buds that can hang around the neck for this very reason, being worried I'm gonna lose one of these completely wireless types. When I start to feel like one is coming out, my natural reaction is to press it firmly back into my ear, and adjust it. Problem with that is I end up inadvertently pressing the buttons on it hanging up the call or switching modes or something unintentionally depending on which one I'm adjusting. Which brings me to my other point, you're kinda forced to wear both because they each control different functions, such as volume, answering / ending a call, noise canceling (etc.). I like to have one ear open so I can stay aware of my surroundings. Also means that if you lose one, you have to replace the whole set! The range is also not that great. You have to stay pretty close to your phone or your call will drop. Not a deal breaker, but I tend to move around alot when I'm on the phone or listening to music while doing chores. If they were a bit smaller and the buds could be worn separately, I'd give them 5 stars.

Better built earbuds, but most importantly earbuds have much better battery life, when compared to the Go Pods.

JLab in the ear headphones plays music and has some good functionality and features.
App is easy to install and gives quite a few options to them, but they lack intuitiveness for using those features or changing them. Yes, the information is in the app, and you can learn them, but unlike other brands, not as easy to get the functionalities to do what you want intuitively.
Audio/Sound - Subpar from my opinion. I have adjusted the sound settings with custom settings and still a bit lack luster. I was hoping the sound would be better and the controls would work flawlessly.
Microphone - is the worst I have reviewed from an in ear headset. I messed with both the settings in my iphone and in the app to no avail. Very muddled, I tried from the previous version of an iphone and my current one, my son's phone and still not acceptable.
The connection works but it seems to fight, unlike other headsets, I had to turn off my bluetooth and then turn bluetooth back on, connect it through the app and then it would connect/pair to my phone. If I disconnected/removed from my phone and then tried to set it up again at a later time, I had to do similar scenario.
Not the worst headphones, but was expecting a bit more.
