As for quality, I wasn’t expecting amazing quality given I have owned products by JLab before. But unfortunately, I didn’t get a product that worked properly. The microphone was not picking up well no matter how loud I had the microphone level at. I might have gotten a defective product but I will not be recommending this product to others.

Plugging in and out by using this kind of earphones we are literally spoiling the ports if the costly handsets. Better to go with the wireless one.

I was going to buy new usb-c EarPods but decided to try these. Big mistake. They are horrible. The sound was mediocre at best and they stopped working while I was sitting and listening to music. Just flat out died, exactly a week after the return period was over. Save the extra money and just get EarPods or anything else for that matter.

Comes with one rubber attachment to secure one of the earbuds into one of your ears. Returning.
