I've been using the JLab JBuds Work Wireless Over-Ear Headset for a while now, and I'm really impressed. The sound quality is fantastic—clear highs, balanced mids, and great bass, making it perfect for work calls and listening to music alike. Plus, the headset can be connected to two devices simultaneously, which is super convenient for switching between my phone and computer. it also works in wired mode. Its pretty comfortable as well, and feels well made . The over-ear design fits snugly without causing discomfort, even after long periods of use. The only issue I encountered was with the mute button, which is cleverly disguised as the logo on the right ear piece. At first, I thought there was an issue with the microphone, as it seemed like it wasn't working, but I quickly realized it was muted the whole time because the button is so discreet. Once I figured that out, it wasn’t a problem anymore, and I actually appreciate the sleek design. Overall, the headset is a little expensive but a great investment. I totoally recommended!

Loved this headset. This was my first purchase for use while I work from home. The sound quality is exceptional and I like that I can answer or end a call by just flipping the mic up or down. The dual Bluetooth feature is an awesome plus, I am able to connect to my computer and my phone at the same time. It will automatically switch to my phone when I make a call or or a call comes in. The battery life is also really good. Easily lasts me all week or a bit more before needing to recharge (depending on use). I no longer have it because my toddler got ahold of it and bit it until tearing the ear padding covers and tearing up all the padding :( However, the manufactures warranty was amazing about allowing me to get it replaced. I honestly only have great things to say about all of the different JLab headsets I have purchased over the years. These are truly a great inexpensive option when shopping for headsets.

Higher than average clamping force. Decent passive noise resistance. Acceptable range. Mute function with visual (color LED light) confirmation is helpful. Sound quality serviceable. Overall an okay product, but not worth the premium over less expensive options. I ended up splurging for the more expensive Bose headset with ANR.

My daughter bought this headset and she loves it She says It is clear and perfect for her job. She can walk around the house on the first level and still hear her computer calls. It is very comfortable to wear. And we highly recommend this headset.

The product easily connects to two devices at one time. I only wind up charging this device once a week and it easily gets 40 hours or more of usage. The device is rather heavy on your head so you will need to adjust the earpiece and the crown accordingly. But so far the item has been tremendously reliable. The microphone raises and lowers from the earpiece and needs to be lowered in order to be heard when speaking on a call. The headset works great for Microsoft teams or Zoom meetings.

It’s a good headset overall since I’ve been used it every day for work. Battery is holding up and voice clarity is good. Good range of connectivity but depending on battery level. One disadvantage point is this headset is for small head circumference but using it with both cups on isn’t bad; otherwise you will get headaches with only one ear cup.

I just bought this. Turned it on. Connected it to my Bluetooth on my laptop on my phone. It works great. The quality of the sound is great it’s comfortable you can’t get a better headset for the money.

Good fit and sound quality. I like the fact that I can remove one side of the headset. I had difficulty getting my new PC to recognize the microphone in the headset so I reached out to customer support. They were able to *mostly* resolve my issue with an update. My PC now can find my headset & microphone, unless I am in Google Meets, which is still a little frustrating.

Love the ability to have both earpieces or a single earpiece attached. Fairly comfortable but audio quality in earpiece is great with one as well as both attached

Does exactly what I want it to do! I got tired of getting caught in the headphone wire, so I bought this item. It works as described. Note that it is NOT a music headset, but for Teams/Zoom and my work, it's perfect.
