Great low cost headphones!

This pair does the job perfectly. I bought them back in December, have used them almost every day, and only had to charge them once! My only complaint is they hurt your ears after a while of using them. This is most likely because they are on-ear headphones, over-ear tend to be more comfortable.

Great Sound and long battery life

The only minor issue is the power button will get stuck every now and then and had to pry it up with my fingernails. Other than that, I use this when I watch TV (Apple TV 4K, Firestick 4K and Samsung TV). Works great too with my iPhone 8 plus listening to music.

I had to go on youtube to pair and then i couldnt unpair it. It was very frustrating. The sound and range was decent. Not good for sharing, ideal for one person.

We are sorry to hear of the pairing difficulties that you experienced. If you ever need to pair, all you need to do is turn the headphone off, then hold the power button down for approx. 6 seconds. The led will flash blue and red indicating that they are ready to pair. The neon's most certainly should be putting out quality sound, with high max volume as well. Range should be up to 30 feet. Sounds like you may have a defective unit. We do cover our Bluetooth headphones with a two-year limited warranty.
