This headset is perfect for my son, it suits his needs and works great.

Bought this as a Xmas gift to go along with the new PS5. No issues yet.

We are a family of gamers and have a ton of headsets laying around from dollar store cheapies to several hundred-dollar high end headsets. In testing these out, I think JLAB has priced them fairly for all that they can do and offer. As for quality of sound I do not have any complaints at all, very well done! Great build, the best of both worlds being wireless or wired as needed, and the correct cables in the package to make it work for your needs right away. Whether I was listening to music on my phone, watching a movie on my computer, or playing games on my XBOX, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the sound & volume output. Even just using them to make and receive phone calls was spot on. The ONLY reason I am giving this unit 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are marketed as a "Gaming headset" and I found a thing I just could not get past. When playing multiplayer loud action games such as COD, I omitted a massive echo for my teammates and either I would have to run around muted or they would mute me. The reason for this JLAB's mic is too good and the headphones can get too loud for this headset setup. Crazy, I know but I even tweaked the mic output in game to as low as possible and still produced the same results. You almost have to have the earphones themselves so low you cannot hear anything to operate unmuted. That said, for a younger person who may not be playing LOUD & AGGRESSIVE games these are an absolute bargain. They will basically connect to any device you have, the charge last forever, and they come with a carrying case... What more do you want, I mark that as a win?

So the button broke in the first week. i am no longer able to use this for BT. Over priced for something that is so bridle

These fit tight and are uncomfortable for extended wear, and other gamers state this introduces a slight echo for them.

JLab has made a really good headset. This headset is comfortable, controls are easy to get to and use. Set up had a little hiccup though. They wouldn't show in my Bluetooth list until I removed a set of JLab earbuds. Once I did though, JLab Play showed up and a connection was no problem. The sound is clear and crisp. Playing games, I was able to chat and be heard with no problems. I like that I can play with no cord attached at the computer, but that I can also use these with a PS4 controller for console gaming. Battery life is holding up very well. The case is well made and strong for carrying and protecting on the go. For the price, these are really nice and I would certainly recommend them.

Did not last very long and was not good for a child to use.

Bought these as a headset to use for my xbox as I already have a good one for PC. looks good, felt good but when it came down to use it for the 1 purpose it was for, I was let down. The Mic is terrible. Everyone kept complaining no matter how low I turned down the mic sensitivity. I do no recommend these. They should be 20 not 50 bucks!

These are awesome. I love that they come with a protective case that I can keep them in when I am not using them. I really like that they have a built in mic that retracts out of the way when you are not using it. These are super easy to pair. The sound that comes through them is fantastic. They feel very sturdy and I like the weight of them when I am wearing them. The buttons are nicely placed and easy to use. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. They charge quickly and come with the necessary cables too. I like that there is a place for the cables in the closed as well. Again. Well done in the design department all around

Worked for 2 days and the microphone got a short in it, returned for refund.

Son was not a fan of these for gaming on his Xbox One.
