They don't work. I will be returning them soon. The audio cable doesn't fit into the headset securely as it's too loose. That's probably why it doesn't work.

    Okay For The Price

These headphones have decent sound for the price. There's no bass boost and I find the bass a little weak for my taste, but the balance between the treble and bass is okay I guess. The headphones are lightweight, comfortable, and compact and can be folded for storage in the included pouch. You can take calls, and also utilize Siri or Google Assistant which are nice features to have. I also like that it gives voice announcements for active noise cancelling high, low, or off. I use these headphones mostly for gaming and they're great for that but for me they fall a little short for music, but I'm an old rock & roller audiophile. I guess they're okay for casual listening to the contemporary stuff, especially for the price. If you're really into the sounds of your music though you may want to spend more to get a step up in performance.

    Fairly Decent Headphones

In the box are the headphones, charge cord, usb-c to aux, bag, and instructions. These over-the-ear wireless headphones sport a new style combining a classic look with a more of a teardrop shape to fit comfortably around the ears. The headphones come with a light pouch, good for carrying its charging cable and optional aux cord for listening beyond the headphones’s charge life. Though, it more than likely won’t be needed with the 30+ hour music playback time. The overall sound quality is good, a bit on the quiet side but crisp and clear. Good for easy listening. The ANC function on the headphones does muffle outside ambient sounds, but not enough to really cancel it. It’s enough to cancel out lower level ambient sounds like that of nature; birds, insects, an occasional passing car, etc, but for louder sounds like other media playing in the room or conversation above a certain level, you can still hear it relatively clearly even if the ANC is set to high. As for the ‘Be Aware’ function of the ANC, which instead of canceling ambient sound it boosts it for clarity, this function is great for music while outdoors, perhaps walking or jogging, when you may want to still be able to aware of your surroundings. The comfort is good, the muff are a bit thin, so beware if you wear ear piercings, the headphones may hurt your ears. Also, I wouldn’t wear them to bed because the joints of the headphones don’t really bend much. Overall these are a fairly decent pair of headphones, worth a three star rating out of five for me.

The thing that keeps coming to mind about these JLab over ear headphones is just how comfortable they are. I was a little worried about the larger size of the ear muff making them uncomfortable but that is not the case at all. I think if anything the size has made them more comfortable. For me, these headphones do not hit any areas of my head and ear area with too much pressure, which can lead to pain fairly quickly. I have worn these headphones for hours at a time and not once have I felt any discomfort. I have even fallen asleep with them on because they are just that comfortable. I've become a fan of JLab in recent years and they did not disappoint with these headphones. I'm glad they backed up the major comfort with fantastic sound quality as well. These headphones sound pretty good and have a sufficient base. They are maybe not the absolute best sounding out there but for the price and the comfort, the quality is just fine. I like that the big button scrolls through the noise cancelling modes. That is very convenient depending on the setting I am using the headphones in. Anywhere from cutting grass with the riding lawn mower, to sleeping, and everything in between, JLab has you covered there. Also really like how compact they fold down to, it is very convenient for traveling and also storing when not in use. Overall I really love these headphones and JLab did not disappoint with this model!

Good ANC Capability and Outstanding Battery Time

Sound quality was better than expected with somewhat good base. They’re good enough for listening music while working on light DIY projects or in the backyard in a cold day. I wouldn’t recommend it for workouts because it is not really built to withstand sweat. For quiet times, I still prefer more premium headphones but I surely am an audiophile and like so I see audio quality issues where most people don’t. I also am very active, so I like headphones that are sweat resistant. For a somewhat budget headphones, I would say the ANC feature works and does very well. I like that they have three ANC levels. Please don’t misunderstand me. I said somewhat budget. I can’t honestly compare them with more premium headphones. If you are an audiophile and can afford to pay three or four times more, this may not be for you. But for what it’s worth, they do their job and I was not disappointed in any way. Of course, the over-the-ear ear cups help with sound isolation by itself but ANC does make it a difference. Speaking of ear cups, the design fits nicely around the outline of the ear and the cushion makes them very comfortable for an hour or two. Then my whole head starts to hurt. It feels tight after prolonged use. That’s a common except with the more expensive headphones but I was hoping the Cloud Foam would feel like cloud for longer periods of time. Still, not terrible and I should point that I have very sensitive ears and head. Anything bothers after prolonged use. What is really outstanding is the 45+ hours of playtime. Even using ANC with its four microphones, they still run for over 40 hours and I can attest that it is true. I’ve used it for days and I must be very close to those 40+ hours and they’re still running. That alone pays for any drawbacks, especially because those drawbacks are not bad in anyway. Just don’t keep them on your head for 40 hours straight. Finally, I would recommend these headphones for anyone who are not an audiophile but still wants good – though not outstanding – sound quality with ANC capability.

    Exceeded Expectations, Good Noise Cancelling

TLDR: USB C charging, all day (and night!) ANC playback, very comfortable. In the box. Headphones, USB to Audio Cable, USB C Charging Cable, carry pouch (thanks JLab for including a pouch). The JLab Pro ANC Over-Ear headphones honestly exceeded my expectations. I have had a bias for name brands, so came into the JLab Pros with low expectations. I can honestly say the JLab Pro ANC exceeded expectations. Noise-canceling get be set to transparency, smart, low, and high - which is the first time I have seen that (normally it's on/off/transparent). High has been great to really drown out some background noise, especially the loud HVAC unit now that summer is here. Firstly, fit and comfort is very good. I have worn these several hours a day without a complaint. The ear cups, although an odd shape, which JLab calls form fit, fit my ears without an issue. The arch that goes over the crown of your head is good, although could do with a little more padding. It's perfectly comfortable, just a personal preference. You can use the JLab Pro ANC Over Ear corded or Bluetooth. A note on the corded setup, it uses USB-C to 3.5MM, the cable is included but it does make me anxious that if I lose the cable I would be out of luck to get a replacement cable easily. The cables are bright blue though, which I like - no risk of losing it in the seat cushion or dark plane cabin. The pairing was straightforward (iPhone). The noise cancellation was incredibly impressive. I will say that on first go I was a little uncertain about audio playback but JLab recommends you burn in/warm up the headphones for the best audio quality. To do this, you download the free JLab app - burn-in makes a HUGE difference. I recommend it and you only need to do this once, when they're new out of the box. You can also customize the EQ with the app. Overall. Impressed. JLab has really done a fine job.

These JLab over the ear headphones are great! They came with instructions, a carry bag and a charging cable. These headphones would be great for teenagers or someone who's looking for a more cost effective but good quality noise cancelling headphone. I found the sound quality to be better than I had expected. I was satisfied with how they performed with a variety of music genres. The noise cancelling feature was above satisfactory. I'm honestly surprised at how well they performed at this price point. Battery life is really impressive. I've charged them once and they are holding up to their claims. The only feature I'm not impressed with is the exposed metal for the adjustment of the ear pieces. I'm just not a fan of that look, but it does not hinder the performance!

I like where Jlab went with these. They come with your typical premium headphones: case, charging cable and aux cable. The sound quality is on par with other brands that cost 2-3 x the price. They also have a good shape to the ear cups that fits your ear vs just a circle. It really helps with the noise cancelling. As for battery life. I have used them 7 hrs a day on and off for 6 days and they are still charged. The only cons are I wish the charger cable was longer and they had more fun colors. Also wish the bass was deeper. Great compromise in a mid level wireless headphone.

When it comes to earphones I focus on sound quality because I am an audiophile and like quality for price. Over-hear headphones tend to have better sound in general but the tightness of the band makes a difference in both comfortability as well as quality. There needs to be balance. This ANC Over-Ear Headphones finds that balance. The aesthetics look professional while not over the top. It's not too tight of a fit where you can wear it and not feel like your ears are hot from the pressure (which isn't bad during cold weather), and the sound is solid quality.

I enjoyed using these on a flight from NC to CA recently and they never made my ears sore like some higher-end and pricier ones I own did. These produce very accurate sound and carry a decent amount bass and treble. The build quality is really good and I see these lasting a very long time. My only gripe is the lack of a proper carrying case for transport in my laptop bag. Not a deal breaker, it would have been nice though. I highly recommend these for someone who travels or needs a quick edit of their DAW arrangement and need sound reference.
