Volume control also broke and wouldn't adjust up, so I had to do it manually on phone. Average wear and tear, plastic should hold up better in my opinion. Audio quality is average, noise cancelling is good, especially since they cover the ear. They are comfortable to wear.

My new transit headphones

The noise canceling is really good and I like the ability to use a cord. They are very comfortable as well. Get these!

I made sure and tested it when my kids were hungry and begging me for food. I didn't hear a thing. Full disclosure all they had to do was ask me once, they got pizza. But about the audio, amazing great range pitch and especially bass. I would have never guessed. Definitely grateful for this product taking it out in traffic next, and I got a good feeling about it.

Good budget headphones with ANC

The ANC works well and there’s also a mode that will amplify and let you hear your surroundings while wearing your headphones. The volume buttons, play/pause, and ANC buttons work well and have good tactile feedback. The highs and mids are pretty decent, but the bass is a bit muddy. Overall, nice decent set of headphones.

As is sat under the Xmax tree for two weeks Best Buy will not take it back, 15 day return limit. Contacted Jlab support, they said they cant help me and will not take it back. It is WORTHLESS TO ME
