It sounded a lot the speakers were damaged in some way. Its pretty bad when even the employee that sold them to me reccomended I keep my reciept.

The background noise would be louder than you. I got complaints every time I was on the phone. They also look cheap.

Paired it with the Aluratek Bluetooth transmitter and am a lot happier that the volume of the TV can be muted in the house an I can still hear the TV. My family now stops asking me to turn the TV down, as I can leave the tv at a comfortable volume for them and adjust volume in my headphones as I need. Love it
