These headphones are great for listening to music but not for anything that requires being sync-ed up with video (i.e. - videos and games). I really wanted to love these headphones. The ear cups fit around my ears great, forming a reasonable seal. The headphones are light and comfortable to wear. I can see myself using this for exercise though I'm not sure how the ear cushion would hold up to sweat. The sound quality, as you might expect from a low-cost set of headphones, is mediocre at best. However, this is perfectly fine for me! The battery life has also been pretty great so far. The biggest problem I've been running into is the audio will not stay sync-ed up to videos. When watching any video on my PC, the audio tends to lag the video. There were a couple times it actually led the video! Completely un-pairing and pairing seems to address it sometimes. I've had no effect from turning any enhancements on my Windows 10 PC off, no effect from changing the EQ mode on the headphones, or any other fixes suggested by Google searches. None of my other headphones have this issue (including another pair of JLab earphones). I'm not sure if I got a lemon for headphones or if this is part of, "You get what you pay for." (Likely the latter, I bet) If I had to guess (keeping in mind that I'm not an expert on this stuff), I think to achieve the cost and battery life, the processing power behind the Bluetooth chipset is about as low as you can go and therefore the audio has issues. Your mileage may vary. If it wasn't for the audio lag issues, this would have early been a 4- or 5-star set of headphones (given that it costs so little).

Easily the greatest value at the price when it comes to Bluetooth Headphones. Connects with everything, great battery life and incredibly comfortable. A lowkey great gift for someone who doesn't have comfortable over-ear Bluetooth headphones. Unless you are finishing the score for a Christopher Nolan film, I cannot think of a situation where they aren't great and compete with high-end counterparts. Save the money and get these!

These are very comfortable to wear. Have worn them 12+ hours. Have used them to watch TV 13+ hours 3 days in a row without having to recharge them. Battery life is awesome. Only complaint is that even at full volume they are not very loud.

I have a big head and big ears...I wear a 8 3/8 hat size and have big ears which (as you may know grow as we age) have grown considerably as I have aged (currently near 70). I also have gotten accustomed to wearing headphones 12 to 20 hours a day - these with their unique ear shaped cups are the only ones I can wear for the whole day. Previously I had to swap headphones 4 or more times a day to relieve pressure and pain if not to recharge. The exceptional thing is the battery life - I can sometimes go 2 or 3 days between charges. The 50 hours advertised is no joke. I give these my highest recommendation for comfort. I have no problem with the sound of these, but I am no audiophile - your mileage may vary on the sound quality. I use these for streaming movies, you tube and podcasts - not the most quality sound environs.

Great sounding headphones, very comfortable and at an amazing price! The battery life is incredible, I’ve used them for a few hours over a couple days and they are still announcing battery full when powering up. The listed run time is 50 hours!

So far so good with these. They've been easy to link to my Galaxy 10 and my wife Galaxy 10e. Good volume and bass. The over the ear design has been really nice. They are lightweight and fit better than expected. I'd say overall they are worth the price.

I have never like ordering online but this Best Buy website made it so easy to place my order. I am definitely telling all my friends and family to place their orders on line at this website. The Jlab head phones are amazing. The sound is awesome and they fit so comfortably around my ears. I am planning to buy some for my family for the upcoming Christmas holidays.

Sound is good and it fits my needs! Very lightweight and convenient to have and can switch between devices without a lot of drama— I’m used to having a lot of trouble switching between devices but these headphones weren’t fussy in the least. I especially like them for playing games. I don’t need a fancy headset, just something that’s comfortable and has good sound!

I've had other wireless headphones that claimed to last x+ amount of hours but really would only last like 2 hours. But these actually do last a looooong time before needing to be charged again. In fact I think I've only charged it twice since I bought them. They're comfortable, easy to use and sound good. I'm glad I bought them.

This is my first pair of wireless headphones. I looked at the reviews before setting my sights on this one. This was a great value - comfortable and fits my head and ears well. Even some wired headphones don’t fit this good. Big ears and smaller head. So far they work awesome. I am not a young technological person so the ease of pairing/connecting these to your device is so simple. Nothing fancy just basic options. I used an IPad with these. The distance that I have tried them out with so far has been about 40 feet, and no interruptions. Some of the wireless earbuds I previously tried didn’t do that. Simple, comfortable, and basic headphones for a good value.

Lightweight, fits over my ears just fine. Surprisingly good sound for as lightweight as they are. Downside is if you forget to turn off the headphones themselves, it can automatically pair, or stay paired with your phone and when you go to answer or make calls it links to the headphones

Super easy to use and long battery life. Very comfortable to wear and definitely cancels out enough noise to make them Pleasant to wear and listen to books or music. Great value for the product!

Amazing performance for the price. Doesn't have a lot of bass or any crazy features, but it works, connects easily stays connected. I thought the battery life was going to be abysmal but it's very good. I charge it maybe every other week and use it about 10 to 20 hours a week. If you're looking for something to listen to music or dictation like I do, then this is a great option. It's lightweight and comfortable over the ears and i never feel fatigued listening with them. But if you're big on sound quality, then I would skip it because the sound is kind of flat and not very dynamic. But again for the price it's a great deal I could easily pay $20 more for this.

I am very pleased with these headphones, they are comfortable, fit over my ears properly and provide good sound for the videos and podcasts that I listen to now. A very nice feature is that the charging cord is blue in color so it stands out from all the black ones that I currently have. It is a bit short; however, that is a minor inconvenience. The battery charge is also good, and lasts a long time for me. Lastly, I think their cost is reasonable.

Good headphones, but persistent pairing is problematic at times. If you don't mind needing to pair again on occasion it is hard to beat, and because it does full over ear they work great on a noisy worksite for meetings. They also have a pretty good battery life and charge up pretty quickly. The only reason I took one star off is due to the pairing issues.

These are decent budget headphones. They're big enough not to hurt your ears. Light enough that you won't get tired or sore of wearing them. Good battery life and decent sound quality.
