We returned it, as I didn't exactly work.

The unit is very strong, but it was difficult to put our Samsung Galaxy Note 8 in the clamp which has an Otterbox cover. We where afraid that it would fall out. If you remove the Otterbox cover it would work fine, we returned it, Best Buy was awesome at purchase and returns

Made well, but if you have phone case may not fit

If you have a case on your phone you may not be able to get it to stay in holder. Samsung S23 Ultra with SP Connect + case barely fits and not good.
