But this was beyond tight! I had to return it because I couldn't use it. I really do think this is exactly what I wanted in a phone mount, but unfortunately, couldn't use it. It was well made. I had even contacted the manufacturer for assistance. They acknowledged they get sent out tight. They told me to return it to the store.

One worked as advertised, the sliding grip mechanism of the other one was frozen and only worked after it was forced (a lot of force!) but has subsequently worked fine. They work fine but I would try it out and make sure all the sliding parts work before you purchase it.
