Not really that special its an ok grip for a smart phone.

Does not offer the easiest usage, but works to hold my iPhone in place to record or other usage. Knobs to secure the phone tightly can be challenging. Must use an abundance of elbow grease.

I needed some better equipment for those treadmill days at the gym. Item worked pretty well. Only issue is when I run fast item would move lot. Other than that, pretty happy with item.

I ended up returning this unit. Although a little bit on the pricey side for what it is, it is all metal construction and has a nice look and feel. The issue I ran into was the unit will not work with most phones if they are in a case else you risk the phone falling out of the mount. If the come out with an adjustment or larger tongs/ way to accommodate when a case is on the phone I would be a buyer again.

3 stars because there is still a lot of giggle with the phone mounted. I"m not sure why. We have tightened the screw and it sill giggles if you walk to close the tripiod.

I returned this product because the jaws would not open. It appears to be a solid unit, but is a little bulky.

I use an external battery case with my iPhone. Unfortunately the Joby grip tight mount doesn't hold the phone tightly. I had to give it to my wife who doesn't use a case.

Works very well with my IPhone. Making videos is easier now.

it's got good metal connections but the grip itself is fairly small and clunky to take the phone in and out of

product only includes the top part, not the whole set up that's presented in the pictures. it looks to be a quality product but have to wait & see

Didn’t get a chance to see how sturdy it was. While filming my son at his sport, it was easily broken.

This mount works well. I wish there were more adjustments available for the price. Overall, it is a good product and gets the job done.

It's an alright mount to hold you phone. It feels a little tight when trying to slide it open.

Limited rotation. And limited on the thickness of the phone. With phone cover can be difficult to stabilize the phone

Holds the camera pretty good. I would recommend if you want to save money. There were better options

Looked like a sturdy grip for the phone. Unfortunately its not, it was a bit confusing how to use it, and I thought the materials were metal, for the price. But turns out its half and half, the frame is metal and the holder it’s actually plastic. A bit disappointed about this product.
