Broke after 1st use

The Targus - Grypton Pro Tripod - Black With Gray Trim got damaged as well (screw got stuck) Since more than two weeks since purchase passed, I was not able to return it and the manufacturer does not get back to me. Terrible quality and worse customer service.

Hard to use

This was purchased to use to video at my daughters singing performance to mount an iPhone. It was difficult to keep the phone mounted on it and I ended up having to stand there holding the phone in place the entire performance. Perhaps it was partially user error but it was not easy to mount the phone securely.

ONE KNOB SHORT

The knob used to rotate the device is the same knob used to hold the smartphone in place. Loosen the knob to rotate and the phone is no longer secure. DON'T GET IT!!
