Overall, I am pleased with this purchase. The stand works well, the adjustable legs allow it to attach to many surfaces, and the build quality is excellent. Two complaints, the GripTight is a little on the expensive side, and the stand just barely holds my Galaxy Note9 with Otter Box. The weight of the phone makes doing any action scenes impossible with only the stand's grip connection. However, the JOBY GripTight is an excellent stationary tripod, which is why I purchased it. I have a separate rig for my GoPro.

I'm starting a tripod collection of Joby tripods. This one holds my phone with a tight grip and I am able to move it around if I need to. Very convenient.

Very nice tripod for a phone. Phone easily mounts to the tripod and t is cool that the phone can be positioned vertically or horizontally. It also has a nice integrated handle for rotating/adjusting where the camera/phone is aiming. Very sturdy. Only downside is you need a relatively thin case (or no case) for a larger phone like my iPhone 7 Plus. Aside from that this things is perfect for my needs!

Bought this as a gift for my nephew. He loves that is flexible and you can put it anywhere, as it can rotate 360 degrees w/o moving the tripod!

This is perfect for what I needed. The ability to wrap the legs around just about anything allows me to use it in a variety of situations.

Great tripod. Easy to use. Quickly setup tripod added my iphone and I was able to record a great video for a preenation I made at my job.

Got this instead of selfie stick for pictures while hiking- combined with a remote- works perfectly. Attach to tree limbs or stack on awkward rocks for the awesome shots!

Wife got this for our recording studio and we love it. Its durable but light. Won't tip over if mounted correctly and weight distributed evenly. Use this as a steady cam AS WELL when one not available. Prop this up on my desk and capture the moment.
