This Joby GripTight Smart works well holding an iPhone, when using it with a Joby Gorillapod 3k tripod. It seems well made and holds a newer larger iPhone just fine in a horizontal or vertical position. We're happy overall with this product.

This is a handy device to enable you to attach your phone to anything with the standard 1/4-20 screw connection. Price is super reasonable and the build quality is very good (typical JOBY). Definite recommend.

This Griptight is a great option for smartphone photo beginners, has the versatility and it´s very easy to use. Nevertheless, I think is a little overpriced but worth the expense if you want to know how does this works.

Works as intended. Firm grip, build seems fairly decent. Will see how the spring tension holds up over repeated use. Wish it were more metal construction.

I am completely satisfied with this bracket: sturdy, small, lightweight, and easy to use. If you need to attach your iPhone to a tripod I think this is the best choice.

I bought this unit for my wife because she didn't want a complex holder. This one was simpler to use and less expensive than the JOBY - GripTight Mount PRO Holder I purchased for myself. The horizontal to vertical functionality is not as flexible but meets her needs and she has been extremely pleased with it. She has a JOBY flexible mini-tripod and this unit works perfectly with it. The snap-click locking feature is quick and easy to use. My only reservation is how the unit expands to hold the phone. It utilizes a spring loading design so I'm a little concerned about how long the spring will last, but so far so good. It does seem to be made well.

This is the most solid design I have found to hold my smartphone that I have confidence in. The difference is the locking mechanism on the back and the way the grip crimps in. Identical to the Manfrotto Smartphone Clamp, Pro Version (MCPIXI) except in color. Found this item perfect to hold my previous iPhone 13 Pro and current iPhone 15 Pro Max WITH various cases.

Very easy to use smart phone mount. Fits like every phone type including with an otterbox. has a decent lock mechanism. If I lost this I'd order another in a heartbeat

My son plays hockey and I was assigned to stream the game live. I do have a tripod for my DSLR and was looking for a phone handle and this product is the perfect one to use. It's cheap but the quality is unmatched. I suggest locking the back after gripping the phone to avoid indentions to your case. The inside rubber can leave marks on leather case, but if you lock it, it prevents it from tightly gripping the phone.

This piece I needed to add to my broken tripod, and this piece came in handed.

Works pretty good for the purpose. I use it on iPhone 14 Pro Max with a thin case and it fits perfect. Albeit, the arms are a bit tight to pull but they can be pulled to fit in the phone.
