I purchased the Joby HandyPod for my iPhone 11 Pro and it has been a great investment as it makes the phone so much easier to handle and use for photos and video. It securely clamps on my iPhone 11 Pro. I have the regular version but it appears that it will fit the 11 Pro Max as well. It has rubber padding on the clamps that will protect your phone if it is not in a case. The pads are grippy but not too squishy to hold firmly and protect the phone. The clamp lever works great. I have not had any issues with the lever and clamp working to create a firm and secure hold on the phone. The tripod legs provide a wide enough base that I can hold my phone in vertical mode with the Rode Wireless Go attached to the cold shoe without it tipping over. The feet have rubber on them that keep the tripod from sliding around on table surfaces. I found this was helpful for keeping the tripod and phone solid on the dash of my van as I recorded a time lapse on a drive through town. The clamp has a cold shoe which works great for mounting a mic that you might want to plug into your phone. This makes it ideal for vlogs. It also has a 1/4-20 thread on the side of the phone clamp, this allows for additional items to be added to create a small rig or for mounting to the tripod. The push button lock with the ball and socket head adjustment works better than I expected. It is genius in that it allows for rapid positioning of the head yet holds securely. I find myself using the HandyPod as a better way to securely hold the phone by hand, adding stability for both still images and video. I have had a lot of fun using it to hold my iPhone 11 Pro upside down, close to the ground to capture video clips of my dogs. While it is not a gimbal, it has worked well for me to capture amazing video in low angles to my subjects. I have been able to record video that looks like I used a gimbal. I have also found myself using the phone clamp without the tripod. This allows for a better handhold on the phone. This was not something I had thought about being able to do before the purchase and is a great way to use the phone clamp. I highly recommend the Joby HandyPod. It Is well constructed and I trust it to hold my new iPhone 11 Pro. I think you will enjoy the many useful features and you will find it worth the purchase. (In the photos you will notice the screen protector is cracked on the phone, that was from me dropping it on a job site and has nothing to do with the HandyPod. A new screen protector is on it’s way thanks to the Belkin Warranty.)

I purchased this item for my Sony A6000 camera. The item is very well constructed and sturdy. The grip is excellent and is a solid mini tripod.

It's small but made of quality materials and easy to set up and use. I ended up returning the camera I bought to go with it but kept this tripod as it works well with my phone.

JOBY is known for their GorillaPod flexible arm style tripod. When I saw this compact tripod by them I had to pick it up. Pint sized and perfect to pack away, the rubber handles and feet and a stabilized stance. Cell phone hold features one of the best mounts I've ever used with a locking mechanism. Def worth picking up.

So great, so useful, I bought this one for a friend who kept asking to use mine! The top part can be screwed to any other large tripod. The button on the side of the center ball makes it so easy to orientate the phone.

It's perfect in size A little hard to open to that phone but it good Quality comparing to another’s

Great little handheld tripod. Has a nice feel to it and functionality makes it nice for doing selfie vlogs. Fits my iPhone XS Max with a lifeproof case just fine. I like it better than the gorilla pod. Good buy!

Must have holder for your phone, small tripod doubles as a hand held unit when the legs are folded up. The tripod has a ball socket and the clamp has standard screw socket on two axes, this clamp will screw on any tripod.

A nice tabletop tripod. Holds a smartphone securely in both positions, even with a protective case on. Only complaint is it would be nice if the legs could be locked to various heights. Other than that it is a winner.

It’s has better fit than other, nice finish, can hold a medium dsrl with kit lens And phone grip de very nice.

Love it as a phone tripod but really wish the system for the ball was better. After just a few months of owning it the tripod has a tendency to flip around and doesn't stay in its spot on the ball.

It was exactly what I was looking for. The legs are sturdy so you know the stand won't fall over.

It was amazing until it wasn’t. Ughhhhh now I have to buy another one and I’m mad The piece that makes it hold doesn’t hold anymore and now my phone doesn’t stay in place

I’ve very rarely and gently use this stand and it already broke. The three legs are very loose so it is not very stable. I don’t recommend buying this.

This is one of the coolest things I bought recently. I find the handles to be incredibly ergonomic and I don’t have any hand fatigue when I’m fielding selfie style. I also thought that it was very comfortable my hands because it’s kind of creepy and it kind of forms to your palm. it does have the tripod aspect of it which I find to be helpful in filming content of myself eating at restaurants or when I’m trying to film a full body length piece. There is an issue that I found with how far down the camera can go simply because my phone actually gets in the way, but I’m going to continue to mess around with her to see if I can finagle another way to use it. I think this is one of my favorite purchases of all time in his made filming contact so easy. I highly recommend.

This mini tripod is the best I hace found for my vlogs its sturdy phone will not trip and its just the perfect size!

Good weight and pretty durable. Take it out on every trip I can.

Works well with everything. Plus it’s pretty affordable.
