Just received my grill and I am so disappointed with Best Buy, first off the box was dented and ragged and after opening the box, I could tell it had already been opened and after inspection, you can tell it had already been used and returned and resold, not sure I will ever buy anything only again thru Best Buy!

I bought 2 of these off the tv info. Commercials. Got the deal on 2 machines. I use 1 at home and 1 at work.
Perfect brats every time! No mess on the kitchen and easy clean up. No more firing up the grill for 2 brats!
