Customers are saying

Customers commend the LOC8 MagSafe Finder Wallet and Stand for its MagSafe compatibility, which provides a secure attachment to iPhones. They appreciate the versatility of the wallet as it doubles as a phone stand with adjustable angles. The wallet's ability to hold multiple cards and its RFID protection feature are also well-received. However, some customers find the wallet to be bulky, especially when attached to larger iPhones.

A mag wallet that's innovative but still too bulky

The JOURNEY LOC 8 does what it says it does. It's a wallet. It connects to iPhones with MagSafe. It stores up to 5 cards. It acts as a kickstand in portrait OR landscape orientation. It checks all the boxes it's trying to. Just one SMALL problem. This bad boy is BIG! Now a little bit of background - I've been an avid fan of the OEM magnetic wallets. I dont mind the extra bulk of a basic magnetic wallet, but when you combine the bulk of a case, then even those thinner 3-card wallets, things are already getting pretty thick. On top of that, the wallet needs to be small and light to stay put on the phone, not because the magnets aren't strong, but because larger, bulkier items tend to get "knocked loose" more easily from the phone's back. Unfortunately, this product suffers terribly from this. Again, on paper it check all the boxes and delivers a great set of functions and improved capacity for things like cash (instead of one of he cards) which is lacking in the simpler wallets, but this thing makes the phone so bulky (especially on a Pro Max variant of the iPhone) that it wont fit in many pockets, which defeats the purpose. Not withstanding my negativity, this product is an INTERESTING concept - If it could be done with less base bulk (while the card-side of the wallet needs to be its size) and the hinge could be simplified to be more of a fold/crease rather than a mechanical bulky hinge, then this could become a winner. In its current state however, by itself (without the phone) it's bigger than my full-featured wallet with money clip. Its not for me, but if someone knows what they're getting into bulk-wise, it seems to be a good sturdy product fit for purpose and well designed/built.
