Best thing about this is that it was in stock, and still is. The device paired well with the separate right joycon which I also purchased and I have had no problems. This is only half of a controller for single player games like Zelda, but works for a multiplayer game such as Mario Kart.

They are expensive get the 2 pack if you can they are 20 dollars cheaper for the pair.

My wife and I own an After School Center, and these controllers get a lot of use. We are very happy with the quality and ease of charging them. I would definitely recommend these controllers to anyone with this game system.

Still prefer the Wii controllers of old, but the joy-cons aren't that bad as a new iteration. My only complaint is that right-handed people will find the left-handed joy-con weird to use when playing games like Mario Cart, etc. (vice versa for left-handed persons). But this is relatively minor.

Things break and when they do, it's nice to know a replacement can be had at Best Buy. In my case, a 5 minute drive away, or a quick delivery will put you right back in the game...

i need to get other one and soon i will get one more for the right joy-con (r) but already have is (l) joy-con but every thing works great so far now

Our left joycon had connection issues after a year, so we purchased this one. After 1 month, it wants to scroll right all the time. Overpriced and not reliable.

Perfect item, works like a charm. A bit pricey, but a must have for anyone wanting to play the Switch with more than 2 players.

Absolutely nothing negative to say about the single joy-con but if you're buying one, you might as well buy the pair and save on the cost. I am still surprised at the build quality Nintendo put into these.

We needed a new controler and bought skins on amazon to change it out so now my control is teal.

So glad you can buy just one side! I was not wanting to purchase an entire joycon.

my kids brings their friends over to play Mario kart so its a no brainier to have a second set.

Expanding my system and product works great. Having a great time with my Switch

Had to buy extra controllers to play 4 player Mario Cart 8 with the kids

They work perfect my kids love them. They play with them all the time.

Must have to turn left in Mario kart there is no bonus just normal
