Quick delivery to the correct side porch. Love this item. I am 84 and partially disabled...it brings me great comfort since I no longer have live cats!

I am a Best Buy employee and one of the merchants who brought the companion cat into the senior assortment. We weren't sure what to expect when we first learned about the companion animals, but we were blown away when we heard the stories about the impact these pets can have on seniors. This cat can brighten someone's day with its gentle purring, realistic mannerisms, and soft fur. It's so realistic and adorable you forget it isn't real! This cat is perfect for those who want a real pet but aren't able to take on the responsibility.

I bought this for my mom, who does not have dementia. She just suffers from pet-loneliness because my stepdad has severe animal allergies. She. Loves. This. Robot. Cat. She likes to text me selfies of them enjoying a movie together on the couch, or a video of some new cute thing the cat does (she meows when you light a fire in the fireplace!). Mom reports it's really soothing to hang out with a furry, purring thing and it's demanding/moody enough to approximate the broad strokes of an actual cat. This is honestly one of the best gifts I have ever bought and a relative bargain at $100. For mom's birthday in February I'm buying her a whole case of C batteries to keep robocat up and running for the foreseeable future.

I think this was returned box was all damages and there where no instructions. Makes a terrible clicking noises. But My Mom Loves It!

The product is very cute. But does make a robotic noise. This one in particular makes a popping noise when it's head moves. I tried to call the company about it but all you get is voice mail, I have left a message twice with them. No return call. Best Buy is no help either. It would really disappoint my wife if it were to break. She wouldn't understand she has dementia.

My brother bought this cat for my mom who has dementia. She LOVES it (even though she thinks it's a dog). Her "dog" stays in bed with her, and she pays more attention to it than to us when we visit. I highly recommend it!
